Went there all the way from Moozhikal. Only two staffs and they were so indifferent. No interest on client. I sought help in selecting a frame... Less attentive... Came off, and no enquiry.

I had the pleasure of visiting Lenskart recently, and I must say, the customer service I received was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. And i got my glasses repaired within few minutes.

Showroom ambiance, collection and buying experience were excellent. Staff was very much helpful at the time of selection. But the delivery experience was very bad, staff at the time of delivery was unprofessional.

I had a worst experience from lenskart Kunnamangalam. My frame has been brocken without any effort of an external force. The store sales man pretending me as that my mistake and he argued like I sat on the frame and brokened. The he put a gum on it. Surely it was a manufacturing deffect due to the low quality raw materials. The frame has brought before 6 months only. The service guy/sales man's attitude is very rude and he doesn't have any interest to help me. I'm a regular customer of lenskart and brought more than 10 products from stores and online. The very first time I felt these kind of worst experience from lenskart. This is the third time visiting the store. The other staffs are treated very well and i felt very good service. Today i had this bad experience from the guy who treated me. Meanwhile, is this your service to a broken frame due to the quality? I know the warranty policy that, breakage has no warranty. Then how to resolve the problem with the poor quality. Is the gum has the solution for that.

Worst experience. Approached this place to get a frame with the lense bought from the hospital. They said they can't help fitting it to the frame I bought and at the same time rejected all warranty rights as the lense will be fitted by external party! Hillarious customer friendliness! Same people were complaining that local opticians are denying service to their products. Big NO to this company
