A must visit in Myitkyina. It is quite neat and display more details of Kachin traditional items but still there are some other ancient things as well. It was not crowded when I visited and easy spot to visit as well since it is in town. The cultural stamps sample you can get is an attraction here.

Not the greatest museum in the world, but there are signs in both Burmese and English. Their displays are nice, and the highlights are probably the native dresses of the different tribes, and the displays of their traditional instruments and things used in celebrations and festivals.
