Worst gym ! I can’t express the disappointment. Rude, arrogant and no standards... Worst customer service I ever have experienced . I wish I could rate zero . The staff is not trained to handle customers. They deducted money from our account twice after canceling my membership. They mislead people and make them fool for money . Tip for them: They have to put the donation box for themselves so can everyone put money in it . And they can use it for their maintenance. So that they no need to mislead people and deduct money from their accounts without their permission. And one thing more even they don’t have any manager to talk n solve your problem they don’t have any head office where people can explain the issue . Worst gym I ever seen in my life.

When I first joined I was hesitant at using the equipment , being 58 years young. After meeting the staff and being welcomed to the super seniors program I quickly gained confidence and now I currently train three time per week

I love this Gym, but am so sad to know that Chelsea has gone. Chelsea was amazing! The group classes, the vibes, the training, everything! She brought so much passion, and knowledge into the gym. I don’t know what it’ll be like without her. Also, So saddened to know Josh is leaving as well! The team at Ningi are what made it so great! Without them I’m not sure it’ll be as good. They have lost and continue to loose AMAZING staff who are the reason why I stayed there. I know a lot of other members feel the same so I’m sure I’m speaking on behalf of a lot of people. With completion of other amazing gyms opening so close, this gym won me over with the staff. Now I’m not sure.

Small but nice gym... due to siE only has one each of the weight machines which can leave you hanging while the person on it is busy looking at their phone

Amazing service, Nathan stayed back so that I could have a meeting about joining and him becoming my PT. He also went above and beyond to explain what we can do to get my body where I’d like it. Couldn’t be more happier with my new gym

Always clean, decent machines. Struggling to cancel a membership, but decent enough local club. Very difficult to leave club if you only attend outside hours, but club manager did help me so that's good.

I have been going to Plus Fitness Ningi for a couple years now and it is the best gym that I have been to. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff who are up to date with the latest fitness science. Well done and keep up the good work.

I signed up recently and really enjoy training at this gym. The staff are very welcoming and got me started on a tailored fitness program and showed me how to use the equipment. Well maintained always clean and tidy, new equipment too!! Would recommend to anyone.
