I'm impressed, first visit here, the owner introduced himself almost straight away, lovely guy, Plenty of variety, so many different machines, a ladies only area, cardio area, the shower/bathroom are very clean, water pressure awesome and nice and hot.. I'll definitely visit here again...

After leaving the gym your hands are left black from the filthy equipment, probably cause there hasn't been any wet wipes for almost a year.

Very mixed feelings about this location. It has some equipment that others don’t have, but has some of the most dated equipment/ dumbbells I’ve ever come across. They are literally falling apart and nothing seems to be done about them. The stair master next to the door is out of service 8/10 times you go there and the demographic that attends is just off putting.
