I
went
here
the
other
day
with
a
couple
of
friends.
It
said
on
Google
that
reservations
are
required,
so
I
called
to
reserve
a
table,
but
when
we
arrived
there
were
plenty
of
tables
free
(it
was
a
Thursday
night).
When
we
walked
in,
we
were
not
able
to
locate
any
staff
to
let
them
know
we
had
reserved,
so
after
wandering
around
for
a
while
we
just
sat
at
a
table
with
a
'reserved'
sign
on
it.
I
went
to
the
bar
where
the
bartender
was
pouring
a
beer
for
a
couple
of
locals.
I
waited
patiently
for
him
to
be
done,
but
instead
of
acknowledging
me,
he
blatantly
ignored
me
and
just
continued
chatting
to
the
locals,
pouring
a
beer
for
himself
and
drinking
it,
whilst
I
just
stood
there.
After
being
ignored
for
a
while,
I
went
to
the
bathroom
which
was
filthy
and
the
toilet
was
blocked
and
nearly
overflowing
with
water.
I
went
back
to
our
table
but
nobody
had
yet
come
by
to
give
us
menus
or
welcome
us,
so
we
found
the
menus
ourselves.
A
stressed
looking
lady
kept
rushing
past,
but
didn't
give
us
any
eye
contact
or
acknowledge
us
either
until
at
least
20
minutes
later
when
she
came
by
to
take
our
order.
She
was
generally
extremely
unfriendly
and
not
helpful
at
all
when
I
asked
how
large
a
portion
the
snacks
on
the
menu
were.
We
ordered,
but
then
had
to
wait
for
ages
for
the
food
to
come,
and
some
local
people
who
arrived
after
we
had
already
ordered
actually
received
their
food
before
we
did.
Besides
this
horrible
treatment
from
the
staff,
it
was
also
cold
and
draughty.
The
food
was
nice,
though
a
bit
greasy,
but
I
would
never
ever
step
foot
in
this
place
again,
because
their
rudeness
actually
ruined
all
of
our
moods
that
evening.
I
am
usually
quite
tolerant
and
patient,
and
don't
mind
waiting
a
while
for
food,
but
I
have
never
been
so
dissatisfied
with
the
customer
service
at
a
restaurant
before.
