Yuzana Plaza[1] is a five-storey building located in Banyardala Road, Mingala Taungnyunt Township, Yangon,[2] Myanmar[3] (Burma). It is one of the famous plazas in Yangon. It is also a popular shopping destination for local residents, the plaza is something more like an old shopping mall than a traditional market. On the ground floor, there are many wholesale outlets, selling packaged food, beverages, and even pets. Shops on the upper floors sell electronic products, fashion household appliances, mobile handset and furnitures. There are so many mobile phone repairing shop at level 3. There are also restaurants, coffee shops, donut cafe and some other beverage shops on the upper floors. Location Yuzana Plaza is located on Banyardala Road which is start from Theinbyu Tennis Court to Tamwe Circle. Yuzana Plaza is also near with Mingalar Shopping Mall (only 200 meters) and Kandawgyi Lake. It is located on the border of Mingala Taungnyunt Township and Tamwe Township. There is a bus stop called Yuzana Plaza Bus Stop opposite to it. History Yuzana Plaza was completed in 1994 and shops in the plaza opened at the beginning of 1995. The owner of the whole plaza is Mr. Htay Myint[4] also known as Yuzana U(Oo) Htay Myint, one of the richest persons in Myanmar (Burma). During the late 1990s and early 2000s, Yuzana Plaza is a nice place for shopping. During the late 2000s and early 2010s, the displaying of stuff inside the plaza become annoying. After Mingalar Shopping Mall was almost completely destroyed by fire in 2010, almost all of the shops from Mingalar Shopping Mall moved to Yuzana Plaza. Big wholesale market place in Yangon

Yuzana. Plenty of various kinds of human accessories. Floor 1,3&4 is for various kinds of clothes. Floor 2 is for mobile phones. Floor 5 is for furniture. Must know that, Yuzana plaza is closed at 5pm. So, 6.5Pm is definitely closed. And it is the very crowdy place. Therefore, if you have to use elevators, go before 5pm. All of the elevators & escalators will be turned off before 5pm. I give 5 stars for plenty of accessories & clothes.

Yuzana plaza is also one of popular in yangon.you can get most of foreign product.

Good furniture in 3rd an 4th floor. Even western style furniture is available although about 90% is asian style furniture.

In this place you can have many fabric cloth in retail or wholesale. And there is variety of phone spare parts LCD, circuit board, battery and cover case so on.., where you can take you phone repair service at there or take out your home and repair by your self to save budget (like me 😜)

Love a trip to a market to barter and laugh and joke with sellers. If you like your own space and get frustrated by people staring...its not the place for you. Its full on hustle and bustle, busy as you like, hot, smiles and stares and full pn Myanmar style. Hence why i LOVE IT!

It had reasonable price. But not a good shopping for the quality producds mostly popular for retailer.

It's full of shops to choose from, mostly clothing. There are many street shops in front of the building. Although the centre is not quite clean, it's like Platinum Shopping Mall from Bangkok, I think. 😆😆

Walking too much is exhausting and our foot hurts badly too..Other than that it's comfortable..but it's hard to find way out if we're new..also bathroom is not that good..stinky as hell..also each floor doesn't have toilet..So going to toilet is problematic as we have to go up and down again and again ...if you're e a pregnant woman...then I hope you are clear about your way of going to a bathroom..

Cheap place to shop with a lot of choices but famous for pickpockets - not safe
