Sanny Motel is very quiet, with enough space to park your cars, boats…..price is great. If you are not very sensitive to your money, rooms with 3000MT/day or suits for 4000MT/day are suggested. Very clean rooms, very big beds, very modern facilities. Wi-Fi, Satélite TV, ar con. Café cooker, microwave, refrigerator, sofa…..work desk….valued for your choice. I chatted with a hotels.com rep and told her (Alexandra) that I contacted the hotel within minutes of making the reservation on hotels.com and confirmed with them my late arrival of 10:30pm. The person who answered the phone said “no problem”, but seemed more interested in how much I had paid; specifically asking me if I paid 3,000, 4,000 or 5,000 Mozambique currency. When I arrived at the property, I could not get in and no one would answer the phone. I called 4 time’s over the course of 30 minutes. I asked 3 different security guards in the area for other places if I was in the right place and they all confirmed that I was. I had to drive around in a foreign country and find another place to stay at 11pm at night. I am requesting a refund (of my “No Refund” payment, and I am requesting that hotels.com investigate this property and delist it.

I highly recommend this, I had a great stay, all staff was very kind and the service was excellent. Even the owner has welcomed us and ensured we had everything we needed. Also, it’s location is super accessible.

Highly recommend this motel. Helpful staff at all times. Tidy rooms . Looking forward to stay there again on my next holidays.
