One star so it is able to be read. This is one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. It's very modern, with only kiosk ordering (one step away from full robot). Good thing I didn't really want to interact with anyone working there anyway. Everything I ordered was barely warm (maybe health dept minimum requirements), I'm sure they had all the food prepared so they could do the minimum. The manager could not care in the least of a major safety concern. They don't have enough employees to clear the entrance way to the restaurant of ice and slush. The restaurant was run very efficiently, but it looses any actual customer anything. I used the app to get a deal, but in the end it wasn't even worth the discounted food. I will never go back to this particular McDonalds. Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself! (~);}

I would give this place 0 star if I could ! Extremely rude service! The lady on other side was yelling at us for no reason and that too at 6am when they just opened up. She messed up with our order even though we placed order via Phone. Extremely rude rebel lady! I don’t know why McDonald hires such an people.

Waited 15 minute just for one hamburger. Let's be honest we eat FAST food for the convenience and speed.... not for quality. So when the speed is lacking then it makes the whole reason of going there pointless

Waited over 15 minutes for my dine in fast food meal. I realise employees are hard to come by however all you need here at this McDonald's is a playroom for the totally unprofessional employees they do have. After the 15 minutes, I requested a refund only to be shorted 3 dollars from my original amount. Definitely STAY AWAY from this location.

This Mcdonalds closes at 12 and the lazy employees had us sitting outside at the drive through for over 15 minutes. when we decided to give up and leave we see a full restaurant of staff simply ignoring us. we proceeded to call and we watched them not answer and laugh. TOTALLY unprofessional and will NOT be returning.

Fast service. Employees were very helpful of my particular and special order needs. Food was prepared correctly .Restaurant was clean inside and outside. Landscaping looks good! They deserve 5 Stars... 2nd visit even better than my last. AAA+

Why is everyone here always angry? It seems like they get my order wrong more often than not but instead of correcting the mistake they prefer to argue you down to convince you (and themselves) that you actually didn't order what you explicitly wanted. Never had an experience like this at any other location and it was not a one time occurrence. If i have the option to go to another location I will, it's not worth the hassle with the employees to order here.

Ii live in the south so eating here wasn't a big deal but it sure was... BEST service, and so cheerful and a pleasant atmosphere and, and I do say and the food was on point. I'll eat my words for sure. I travel having to say this is the best McDonald's in the entire USA.

Makes everything on the menu, McCafe drinks are hot, fresh, and perfect every time. This location exceeds the service of any other location around the east cleveland area.

McDonald's food is McDonald's food wherever you go. However, there were only a few people inside, but they still directed customers to the place your own order Kiosk. Other than that, this is a very clean and spacious location.

We have been to this McDonald’s and this was the worst visit every. First the Kiosks weren’t working so we ordered at the counter which was fine but it took 20 minutes to get one large fries that is completely unacceptable and also my number wasn’t even on the Preparing orders computer. Will never go back to this location again even though it is convenient.

Not too bad. I've been to worse (trust me). One employee was sagging his pants, but after I asked him to pull them up, he did. Another employee was just in a zone or something. I asked her about a menu item, and she stared blankly for about 7 seconds before responding. She clearly didn't want to be there. 😳🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

It's the second time I've visited this location. The food was fresh and they were quick with the orders. One thing they need to focus on is cleanliness. The floor was really sticky and done if the tables were not cleaned. The restaurant was not busy enough to justify not getting cleaned.

Faster than Wendy's and didn't ask us to come back in 15 minutes to order. Order was correct, quick, and hot. Thank you for feeding the travellers!

Dined on with my grandson. It was a favorite location to go with his Mom. Nicely remodeled. Great customer service from the manager or assistant manager and the staff in the lobby, for myself and observed so for the other guests as well. Very friendly staff on Friday afternoon. Kudos!
