Delicious! We got 2 Jerks and 1 Oxtail meal. The meals came with red beans and rice with a side of steamed cabbage. Take out only though. The Jerk chicken was juicy, tender, and spicey. The Oxtails was ok, not as tender as the jek, but it was still tasted good. Watch out for the bones though. The cabbage was tasty and well seasoned. Finally the red beans and rice was my favorite. It was a mixture of sweet, spicy, and savory. The best red beans and rice I've ever had. It kinda expensive but worth it. I'll be coming back - (2) Jerk Chicken meal for $15 ea - Oxtails meal for $20. - plus 15% tip Totally came out to $67

On this trip I visited a Taste of Jamaica 🇯🇲 One of my favorite spots. The service here is always great. Very friendly and courteous staff. Even though my mission was to get some peas soup, I settled for a large curry goat and rice with peas. Washed it down with a cold Ting, jamaica's famous grapefruit soda. Had to take to go as the dining room was not yet available.

The flavors really come out in the dishes I tasted. I had the oxtail stew w/red beans and rice and cabbage, all were delicious. I also tried the curry shrimp, which was also very tastey! The flavors are very authentic, and remind me my visit to Jamaica. My only complaint is I like things a little spicey, but the two dishes I tried, though not spicy they were very well seasoned!

I truly love 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐜𝐚 more after every meal I buy. They prepare your order pretty quickly and it’s usually cooked hot. For today’s lunch I enjoyed jerk chicken 🍗 🌶 with rice 🍚 + beans and cabbage. My meal was delish per usual. Good customer service from the cashier as well.

Great food, oxtails, plantains, rice and beans, meat pies , cabbage, jerk fried chicken. I've been multiple times in '23, they haven't missed. I haven't had many oxtails over the years. After tasting TOJ I've tried about 3-4 other places. TOJ is still at the top. I have a few more to retry on Harvard. If you're close stop in and get some food. Oh, 3 stars for the atmosphere because you still can't sit at the booths, Nov '23. Place is CLEAN tho, maybe they want to keep it that way.

Y’all have the best Jamaican food in Cleveland hands down. This is what real food should taste like. The shrimp curry is flavorful and never disappoints. Please continue to be a highlight in such a boring town. Trust me yall will get more business over the next year when issue 2 passing trust me. Stoners are a very hungry community. Your food is so good I honestly think you have the ability to make it in a large city like the west coast or east coast.

I ordered a large plate $16 of Jerk Chicken with rice as the only side. This much rice and so little chicken is ridiculous.

service is good but the food isn’t good at all. the chicken was dry all the sauce was on the rice and even that had 0 flavour. i recommend island style in east cleveland for some good jamaican food
