Awesome place to buy jewelry. Searched several different stores for chains and crosses and Livonia Jewelry exchange has the best deals and selection by far. Ended up coming back for wedding rings. Staff is wonderful and they do not work on commission so there is no pressure to buy anything. Everyone is also very knowledgeable on jewelry. Have layaway and always works with the customer. I will buy all of my jewelry here from now on.

I drove from west Bloomfield to go here because I heard they had reasonable prices and read through the great reviews. This was not my experience!! I took my ring in to have some modifications done and while the sales person could not have been nicer the manager was a different story. After them both inspecting the ring and verifying what I wanted done the sales lady asked the manager for pricing help and at the end I heard her say, “that’s the price, IF SHE WALKS..SHE WALKS. I don’t care.” The price was astronomical and even if I was going to over pay for a service I would never give it to them after hearing that. Even the sales lady told me under her breath to check somewhere else and it should be more reasonable. I will NEVER return here and would never recommend this place to anyone. The manager should be fired. And I hope the nice sales lady finds a better and more respectable place to work.

Exceptional people skills! Sale Manager Philip showed off his experience in the jewelry market. I was very impressed with his customer service skill as well as his knowledge of diamonds. I brought my wife's 2ct diamond ring in for a remounting and left very satisfied and confident that the job will be done right. Philip is an awesome people person and a real asset to this store. Purchased an engagement ring from here 2 years ago and the services was great. Good price, and the representative was very helpful on choosing a ring. Today I returned to get the ring checked out and make sure everything is good and get it a good cleaning. Looks amazing all over again!

I had the pleasure of working with with MaryAn at this location. She was extremely patient, honest, and knowledgeable. I picked the stone and she was able to match it flawlessly with a band. I did not purchase the same day and she was still willing to help out. I came the following opening day and she was just as bubbly as she was the day before. I picked the ring out and was able to pick up and size the same day. She was able to size my ring and I picked up the same day! This is second purchase with the Jewelry Exchange and it is such enjoyable experience. We aren't very well off but unlike other places we have shoped I don't feel looked down on the staff is very kind and respectful. It's over a 30 minute drive to get here but this will be first choice everytime.

I just picked up the ring I got married with 50 years ago. They updated it and redid everything and added a two diamond bands on either side. Is all one piece now. I just Love It!

Rip off. Bought a ring a year ago from here and brought it in for upgrade. I was told I can do this as long as you have receipt when I purchased the ring. Lady told me she don't know who would tell me such a thing. She also told me that the ring they sold me wasn't worth anything. They will tell you anything to make a sell. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE.
