I had a cut in my hand and I went to Medcare urgent care in Redford and they helped me fast. I didn't have to wait to be seen by a doctor. They were very professional and they called me and checked on me the next day. Which was very impressive.

On my last post I was very upset regarding the time line on wait time response regarding my covid19 test after almost a week had come i could not understand why this was taking so long Today i did receive a call from the doctor explaining why this happened I wish earlier on during the past week I could have learned this information so I would of been more understanding I also today received a second phone call with explanation I really appreciate the concern and response thank you

REALLY NICE !!! VERY Friendly, Fast, and Professional !!!!

Over the course of 48 hrs I’ve been placed on hold then hung up on at least 4 times. On the 5th time when I got through the individual answering the phone told me that she would call me back so that I can make an appointment to get tested. Needless to say I have yet to receive a call back. Initially I selected this location due to numerous great experiences I had prior.

This is one of the best Urgent Care facilities in the city. They get you in and out fast. There online TELMED visit is awesome and the doctors truly listen to your symptoms, then evaluate your situation accordingly.

I was extremely impressed! We were in a pinch and are sooooo thankful to have this place in our backyard!

Ronnie goes above and beyond to get my test results when the lab was slow. He called me after hours and didn’t give up getting my results to me. I really appreciate his dedication. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a test.

The BEST urgent care me and my family have been too. Hands down one of the best Drs I've seen in a very long time!! The Dr I seen was thorough and diagnosed me correctly with the correct medication. I was in & out in 1 hour. Very professional and made me comfortable. Its very hard to come by a good Dr anymore, especially a compassionate one. Loved the ambience in this place!! Front desk friendly, my nurse her named started with a "J" was funny and very cool. When I say there was no long wait to be seen by the doctor it really wasn't. Room was clean and that was the first time in my life I ever saw a nurse tear the used paper for the exam bed. The doctor was ok as well. If I ever need to go back this is definitely the one I'm choosing to do business with. 👍🏾

Dr. Roni was a pleasure and true professional testing me for Covid 19 testing. He was extremely accommodating, very fast, professional, and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else!

The wait wasnt too long. the Dr. was a newbie and it seems like he was just working on his residency. My main concern was that i was given the same pen and clipboard that the man if front of me just used and coughed on. once i got in the room i noticed the paper that covers the exam table was all torn and crinkled from the previous patient. that tells me alot. Especially during this pandemic, a place that treats sick people should be thoroughly cleaned. not once did i see anyone spray disinfectant or clean common contact areas.

I will never go back to this urgent care. I waited for 3 hours and they took X-rays of my knee with a broken machine. They told me they would call me with the results and 2 days later I had to call them for them to tell me the x-ray was broken and go to the ER.. I am not fussing over the broken machine, things break.. but COMMUNICATION is everything in the medical field..wasted my time.. I hope nothing major is wrong with my leg.. because I still would be waiting for someone to call me😡. Now I have to take another half day off work to go to the ER..

My interaction with Best Urgent care was a pleasant one. The employee who took the swabs of my nose was very patient and gentle. That made my experience easier. I had so many preconceived thoughts of how the procedure would feel. My thoughts proved to be wrong. It tickled actually! Not bad at all. Fast results too.

Awesome staff... They made getting a Covid Antibody test simple and easy since I couldn't get one at my regular doctors office. I was nervous at first but I'm glad I went. Received my results in three days.

Service was very professional-very impressed that you didn't have to get out of your vehicle from beginning to end. They made certain that I was the correct person being tested-after the test was administered I received my results within the 24-48 hours as stated.

Was instructed to stay in my car and call at my appointment time. No one answered the phone for 15 minutes. A medical professional didn’t tend to me and my test until 45 minutes after my scheduled test.

I honestly can't tell you the doctor's name who saw me because he didn't tell me. I gave 2 stars because of that and also because I checked in 15 minutes after the office opened, the point one in the lobby at the time, I was called to the back quickly where the nurse took my vitals and everything, but after that, the doctor didn't come until an hour later. It was really cold in there, so by the time I was seen and had left, I was shivering. Total time I was there, like 2hrs, and I checked in 15 minutes after it opened.

This urgent care went over and beyond to assist my newborn daughter. So my daughter isn’t 2 weeks old and needed minor but immediate medial attention. The office looked up my insurance (Bc i wasn’t sure she was added yet) and decided Bc they do COVID-19 testing it would be best if she did an E-Vist - video conferencing. Wow, I thought, they didn’t want to expose my kid to possible COVID. Kudos to you ! 😊 The practitioner was right on time , professional, concerned , and knew exactly how to diagnose and treat my new born! So we have dozens of pop up urgent cares all over metro Detroit. This urgent care has been there for years ! They have withstood the test of time with friendly , professional service and a dedication to their community and patients !

This is hands down the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I’m someone with a fear of doctors but am a repeat patient here because I’m very confident in the staff, because literally the WHOLE staff from the person at the counter to the doctor you visit are simply great. They treat you amazing and take care of you even better. Here these doctors take pride in their work.

Came in for covid test.. from the time I walked in the door as a new patient to the time i finished i was in and out in no more then 30 minutes. The assistant and Dr. Roni was extremely helpful and caring. The absolute best Urgent Care I’ve ever been too. My family and I have been here multiple times since they first opened. The experience here is not one you dread like at many other urgent care’s. It’s always a pleasant experience. It’s is always clean, all of the staff are professional and nice. They’re fast yet efficient. My husband, two sons and I go here. Roni Aoub is so thorough, genuine, knowledgeable, caring and so helpful. We recommended the place to my mother in-law and father in-law and they liked it so much that even though they do not live close by anymore they still drive to this one because the care you receive is worth it. Definitely thankful we found this gem.

Great urgent care my wife and I who are both physicians needed to get tested after being exposed to a sick family member. Staff was professional and prompt. Rooms are very clean and they have top of the line sterilization equipment to ensure each room is fully cleaned before a new patient is roomed.

My doctors office is booked due to COVID. I came here because it was close to my home. I loved their service. The doctor answered all of my questions. Never got annoyed. My visit didn’t feel rushed. I wish this was a practice instead of an urgent care.

We had a great experience at Best Urgent Care. Our wait time was pretty lengthy, however, staff made sure to apologize for the wait time. They were very patient with my daughter. I’ve been here on two separate occasions. Both times I’ve had outstanding service and care from Dr. Auob and all the staff there! Always a prompt visit and, professional, friendly environment. The facility is clean and also has an awesome full stocked pharmacy, school supplies and toiletries included. Not to mention the price comparison to any other urgent care I’ve been to! This is a great health care center and I’m glad to have one so great in this area!
