The doctors will ignore your attempts at communication and the nurses are EXTREMELY unhelpful. They do not care about their patient's needs whatsoever. This place is a mess, go to GBMC instead. Good luck to existing patients on getting a timely prescription refill.

This was my first time at the Lutherville location. As soon as I walked through the doors the staff was very nice. My appointment was with Francesca DiPino she was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, caring, and listened to any concerns I have about my health. I highly recommend Francesca. My overall experience was wonderful.

My new doctor is Jehan Riar, MD, MPH. She began seeing me about 16 mos ago. She worked with me to help me lose weigh. I am currently down 90 lbs from my heaviest and all my numbers are back in line and I feel great. She is very candid in her delivery as to what needs to be done and takes time to go over things with me in a clear and concise manner. She’s awesome!!

Easiest doctor to see in the area. You can schedule appointments online or call, and appointments are always really quick.

I have 2 doctors that provide my care at this location. Dr Stromberg and Dr Oshinsky. They have both done at outstanding job and I sincerely enjoy the convenience of having a primary care physician and specialist in the same location. The staff is pleasant, the facility clean, and the overall experience is what it should be for medical care. It is difficult to say more good here. Dr Stromberg provided a very complete physical examination of me with an excellent "bedside" manner. He communicates well and addressed all concerns I had. If I have an ongoing concern I send him a message on the web site and he answers within a day. Dr Oshinsky diagnosed a tricky issue with my nose, and helped me avoid a more extensive surgery that would have yielded a marginal result. He identified the cause of my problems and I am scheduled for surgery this spring to resolve them. He did an excellent job diagnosing my issues, and suggesting remediation. In addition, there are numbers to call if I have an issue that I am concerned with, so medical advice is readily available to me at all times. I am extremely satisfied with the care the professionals here provide, and would highly recommend them.

My primary care doctor, Dr Jeffrey Landsman, introduced me to the science of a more plant-based diet. He has gently and painlessly led me to make big changes in my eating habits, changes that have resulted in significant weight loss and improved my health. At 71, I'm fortunate to have a doctor so knowledgeable about nutrition and preventive medicine.

Signed in at the kiosk. It failed to notify front desk of my arrival. Therefore, was late to my appointment when things straightened out. Another time, when I signed in at kiosk, it told me I wasn't in the system when I had been coming there for years. I will not use the kiosk in the future. Too many problems! However, am very satisfied with my care from Dr. Jeffrey Landsman.

I have recently had surgery under the care of Dr Mark Ellerkmann. I have to say the care I received from his office staff all the way thru the hospital staff at Mercy Hospital was phenomenal. If you are looking for an experienced physician who cares about his patients look no further. I am so happy with my results!

I was experiencing severe pain in the shoulder and neck and my Dr was not available for over a week . I utilized "MY Chart " and scheduled an appoint on a Saturday @ 9 AM with Anna Telewicz. Anna GREAT. I received the PT authorization and medication I needed and am feeling much better. Anna listened to my issues Anna was knowledgeable , compassionate, professional and efficient . she was tremendous help as was everyone in the office on a Saturday morning

Dr. G is amazing! She has been my PCP for over 20 years. Her knowledge and expertise helped diagnose several life threatening conditions in their early stages. I have watched Mercy Personal Physicians grow and achieve a new level of excellence in it's patient relationships. I highly recommend this group!

I am delighted to be working with Dr. Sara Encisco as my new primary care physician. She demonstrates such excellent listening skills and is able to answer questions in a manner that alleviates concern over a diagnosis. I feel well informed and cared for when I leave an appointment.

Dr. Riar is the best! I switched to her after looking for a new doctor for some time. She is thoughtful, real and intentional about doing what's best for her patients. She addressed my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. I'd recommend her 100%.

Dr. Boling and her medical assistant, Shannon, provide excellent medical care! They got me in right away when I had an urgent medical issue. With a lab and radiology center right on site, I was able to get all the necessary tests in a timely manner, and quickly start on the required medicine. Thank you Dr. Boling and Shannon!

His warm, compassionate manner and his impeccable knowledge, physical examination and diagnostic skills are unsurpassed. He promptly responds to questions and concerns submitted via MyChart and we are confident that we are receiving the best care available anywhere. His patients are treated as individuals not merely a diagnosis. He makes you feel truly cared for and listens patiently to your concerns.

Strongly recommend Dr. Robert Habicht. He is one of the best. He takes the time, listens to the patient, and reviewed my records prior to the visit.
