I would leave negative stars if I could. We were actually given a pizza with a slice missing and bite marks out of another slice. The manager made the excuse that our pizza was sitting for a while so someone must have eaten some of it. WTH? And it is virtually impossible to get customer service on the phone. This is disgraceful. And it was for my son's birthday party.

Worst experience, EVER. Placed my order at 6.34 PM it only got delivered at 9.05 PM (as in 2 hours and 31 minutes later). AND IT WAS ALL WRONG. Cheesesteak sub with NO CHEESE and almost no steak. The pizzas were supposed to be one with pepperoni and one with sausage and olives. We received 2 pizzas with chicken and mayo (?). When I I filed a complaint with Dominos, all I got was an offer for a 50% off coupon for the next order...AS IF I was going to order from these guys again.

Multiple times I've been extremely dissatisfied with the delivery & quality. Usually takes 2 hours to get here from literally walkable distance... then it's cold and tastes like garbage. Never ordering here again.

Order arrived over an hour after ordering. We ordered two pizzas—a thin crust and hand tossed. We received two hand tossed—one was clearly someone else’s. We are only 6 minutes from the store. Boxes were soaked in grease, were unlabeled, and cold. We won’t be ordering from this store again. All around awful experience.

Don’t order from this place. Wait time is ridiculous for 8 employees working. They messed up my order and didn’t provide refund or a remake. Unprofessional service. AVOID THIS BUSINESS, there is Papa johns across the street that has better tasting pizza.

I’ve had a good experience almost every single time I’ve ordered from this particular location, and that’s hard to find these days. Food usually comes fast.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery. 90 minutes later the website said they were delivered, but hadn't been. We called and they told us it was a "glitch with the website." It eventually showed up about 20 minutes after that. It was barely warm, very bad, and made my stomach hurt despite only eating a little of it. Never again.

I ordered online and waited until it was completed then drove 20 minutes to the store and the order hadn’t even been made. They told me to give them 10 minutes to make it and they would bring it out to my car. I waited for 30 minutes and now o e came out. So I went into the store and the order was just sitting in the shelf. They told me I should have driven back around to the window to get it. Then when I got home and opened the box it was not what I had ordered. They gave me cinnamon twists instead of garlic twists even though they gave me marinara sauce to go with them. I guess that was my fault as well for not checking to make sure they got the order correct. I would definitely not recommend this location!

Haven't ordered from Domino's in years. Was pleased to see the great specials. Issue with the order (wrong pizza in the order and missing sauces) and when I called to correct their error, the customer service from the employee and manager was terrible. Won't be ordering from them again

This place used to be very good but it seems like their management changed as they frequently close hours early; quality control is iffy; and they lied to me about the free emergency pizza being a scam (?) it was placed through the official dominos website…its very possible they were told to discontinue the promotion due to overwhelming demand but just say that? why lie and say its a scam. That is incredibly disrespectful and shady. I also think the manager lied about his name as I heard an employee address him as a different name than he told me. Don’t go to this dominos, find a different one.

Yanick was our delivery driver and even when tipped extra to deliver to a store, dude got impatient and mad at us for not figuring out his vague descriptions of where he’s parked. Bro also handed us our pizza through the passenger side window instead of handing it to us directly and waiting outside his car so we could find him quickly. Even with all the specific directions and generous tip to deliver to the store, dude did not do his duties, forcing us to find him all the way across the mall inside of the parking garage. This guy did a lazy job, even sighing louding and muttering “c’mon” on the phone the entire time we’re looking for his location. Don’t order delivery and look out for yanick the laziest mf ever
