Went there in late December of 2021. Girl at the counter really tried to pull the quick change scam on me. Had $200 (two separate hundred bills), and she started acting confused. She asked me if I wanted change or to pay my stuff with them (like girlie why do you think I walked towards the counter for!!!), then gave me 20s that only summed to $150 when I handed her my hundreds. I had to yell at her to give me my money back and she turned meek, saying 'sorry', spilling excuses. It's ridiculous. The other cashier only stared at us, what a person! The last place I thought of getting scammed at was at the Towson Mall. Christmas shopping had me rushing and I didn't report it. I only use card now, I'm still appalled that it even happened. Great team and customer service you have there! It's sad that my first review of anything had to be of a scam.

Awful customer service!!Need better staff! I was in line with 15 other people waiting patiently while 4 female cashiers were busy chatting and doing their own thing. Also, cashier was rude and missed to count one of the items, which she later threw away in ignoring way. When it was time to pay, I lined up the cash and set it on the counter , that female cashier then asked me to hand it to her in a rude way!?? Idk who is the manager of that place, but he or she is not doing her/his job right . I have never experienced such nasty customer service.

Went twice to get clothes for my daughter this week and they have a good selection of clothing up-to-date with todays teens likes, like black pink shirts and Kurumi team clothing and others that she likes, both visits we had a nice experience at register.

I personally loved my experience at this store. I was nice and the workers were nice and patient with me. I liked the step up and the prices were reasonable. I especially want to thank a worker if I recall correctly her name was adals because she was extremely patient with me. I usually don’t write these reviews but I needed to this time

This store has bad customer service does not greet customers in and out of the store does not help customers while shopping 🛍️ i would never spend my money in a store like this

Saw the 50% off sale and had to go in. Made a few needed purchases for half the price. Absolutely what I needed at this time of year. Great value Great store.

Went in for a return/exchange when the store opened, the cashier was very unfriendly and seemed like she didn’t want to help me. Came back around 12 because I wanted to exchange my shoes. I spent 3 hours rummaging through the sale rack and trying on clothes. Found good items and a pair of sneakers I liked only to get to the register have the same unfriendly cashier and the “manager” tells couldn’t sell me the shoes. I asked questions but all I was told is that they couldn’t and then claimed the sale price was incorrect on the shoes. She didn’t even try to help the situation. I explained to her that There was a whole shelf full of the same shoes on sale but she only followed up with she couldn’t sell them despite the shelf FULL of them downstairs. Overall, I left the store extremely unhappy with the service of my visit. Never again will I spend my money at this location, unprofessional staff and unpleasant employees.

This store is two levels. That being said they need to have associates on both levels. I watched a customer run around the first floor looking for someone to help her but not a single associate was around! The customer eventually put her items down and left the store.
