Poor customer service. Third time they got my order incorrect and they are annoyed with me. More water than coffee for my drink. 👎

Worst Dunkin’ location I’ve experienced. I’ve had a lot in my time, but never have I had a large order where everything is wrong. Hash browns were cold, stale, and chewy. The bacon was irreparably over cooked. And my latte was twice as sweet as I’d asked. Might help if you hired outside your family

Quick service but no greetings, smile or thank you. Ordered cold brew but have doubts that it is cold coffee , not the cold brew since it has bitter taste. Giving the benefit of doubt to an average score.

Terrible customer service. I ordered through the app on Wednesday for the free doughnut if you order a drink. I ordered two drinks and was not given the doughnut. Contacted customer service to make it right and it was not corrected.

The service workers here are outstanding and adorable. They make my day every morning. :]
