If there was an option of giving negative ratings to this builder i would have surely done that. The builder has completely forgotten about the maintening his initial society - express zenith and is now extorting money in the name of express one. State of affairs in EZ- no lawn, club in shambles with dysfunctional ACs and a dried up pool - despite high maintenance. Poisonous drinking water for the residents and flouting all safety norms by keeping single entry that serves as exit as well due to encroachment of the rightful exit for building illegal residential flats. Be careful before investing your hard earned money into this sham.

While hunting for our dream house which could fulfil our requirement of 4bhk, we came across Express One project in Vasundhara equipped with ultra modern premium concept attracted us. Concept of the whole project appealed us and we ended up booking 4 bhk flat as our future dream place. I bought 4BHK flat based on prime location and connectivity with delhi and noida, looks construction quality is good and spacious size. Mr. Abhijit and Mr. Siddarth explained with clearty all the good features about the project that prompt me to buy this property. Looking forward to have it sooner.

The whole project is awsome with eye catching iconic towers. The project will be a landmark in area and dreams of many of us coming true in few months to come. The project is Okay if you want the feel of a builder floor while paying maintenance of an Apartment. There is only a very small park as an open space. Plus all the amenities are under ground in the building even the pool. Plus there would be a commercial space in the ground floor open to everyone with god knows what kind of sellers would be there. This affects security. The good things are the 3 side open appts. And uninterrupted view. And they are giving good fittings and electricals. But its too small of an area.
