Projects by Tulip might be fine, but I/we doubt their understanding of Luxury/premium project definitions, by them. We the residents of Leaf, which is currently considered to be most luxurious project by Tulip is facing endless issues with no response from the builder at all. Tulip's only interest with us, is how they can get more money from us in form of monthly maintenance, which we are bound to pay. Also, now by letting a BYOB/ Theka within the residential projects, which were supposed to be for branded shops & restaurants, has established the Tulip only intention & interest for milking the money out of the residents. Tulip Leaf would be first super luxury society in Delhi NCR with the proper Theka as a part of their residential complex. Surprisingly now no owns the responsibility of right doing the things be it Tulip or their collaborators. We definitely feeling like cheated and would like to sell of the residence soon and shift to some actual luxury/premium apartments. Tulip is not even bothered, in terms of safety & security of the residents and allowing us to face daily nuisance. People need to seriously think before considering TULIP project as the residence.

Tulip is a fraud company.They make shady arrangements with the collaborator to complete their projects and leave the flat owners all on their own. Once u have made the payment they are least bothered about the flat owners. If u want to see their behaviour u can visit their project Tulip Leaf. After selling 50 percent of their flats and remaining 50 percent which still remains with the collaborator the shops adjoining the society have been lent out to a liquor company. A full fledged theka has been running openly within the society premises and the owners are left helpless. They fear for their security. The collaborator has openly said these are my shops and I will rent it out to whoever I want to and nobody can stop me. He openly challenged us saying u can do whatever u want.

All paid reviews. Tulip as a builder is a big cheater, if you want please come to their luxury apartments TULIP LEAF in sector 69 and all the residents will tell you. They have cheated all of us and now when the properties have been sold they have become non responsive leaving us in the hand of land owners who have leased out the shops in the society to liquor seller. The whole society is protesting but no one is listening. So before you get into this 5 star trap of Monsella be ready to suffer later

Beware of Tulip Infratech. Big time fraud company. Ran away with the security deposit and maintenance amount at Tulip societies in Sec 69/70 pathetic maintenance by apple facilities. Sont go by all the beautiful dreams sold by them. They did same with Tulip Violet and Ivory and will do same with Monsella.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tulip Monsella property and was thoroughly impressed by the level of luxury and sophistication that it offered. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a stunning lobby that exuded elegance and class. The attention to detail and quality of construction were evident throughout the property, from the high-end finishes to the state-of-the-art amenities. The staff at Tulip Monsella were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my visit was seamless and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

The home’s construction quality is excellent. Everything is within walking distance,including green parks ,a gym, food stores,and other amenities , the apartment is very spacious and airy , the internal features of the apartments are good, the building quality of homes is exceptionally good and the lush greenery makes the overall environment peaceful and calm.

One of the best Projects in Gurgaon today. Porsche and luxurious living on main Golf course road. World class amenities and facilities. Surprise to see the appreciation. Strong advice to visit this property once .

A very nice experience with Tulip Monsella. Affordable luxury apartment with all the required amenities , I bought my dream home with tulip monsella. Highly recommended if you are thinking to buy one.
