Great south Indian food. They also have usual north Indian fare in the menu too

I always love to try new South Indian restaurants all over India and especially in my hometown Delhi. My friend took me here, first of all, this restaurant looks so much simple, gives you the feel of an old government canteen with no photo frames on their white walls. But they have lots of food items except South Indian food. Like pav bhaji, noodles or chowmein, honey chilly potato etc. So you can give it a try if you love South Indian food.

I ordered one plate rawa idly from there. It looks nice in appearance and it was quite enough for single person and delicious in taste as well. all though sambar is little bit sweat in taste may be work for people who loves sweat sambar but not in my case. Overall it's good experience to order from this place.

I came to Mayur Vihar for some work, then I thought that something to be eaten at Mayur Vihar. It came to my mind why not to eat dosa. I was just looking for good food in Mayur Vihar that suddenly got my eye on udupi darshini resturant. I asked the shopkeepers nearby whether this restaurant gives good food or not. I came to know from the shopkeepers nearby that these shops serve good South Indian food. As I entered the shop, I found the look inside the shop useless. There was not even an Agzoz Fan inside the restaurant. I told the manager of the restaurant to open the main door of the restaurant. They listened to me and opened the restaurant main door. Because I was having Suffocation inside the restaurant. I ordered Dosa and Onion and Tomato Utthapam here. I liked the dosa and uttapam, the taste here was excellent. I was served not well. But they were not wearing gloves, who were serving me. Nowadays, coronavirus is increasing. And not even medicine has come in the world yet. That's why you pay attention to the customers and yourself. But here I felt bad that the Toilet here is very small. Not even a single man can enter inside the Toilet. This restaurant is cheap and affordable. You can all come and taste and review the food that you will eat. 👍

I previously shared a bad review about this place because of the staff behaviour but the owner spoke to me and apparently fired that guy who was mannerless. I have never experienced such a thing where just because of a single person's inconvenience they take such action. But it was really long due to be honest. I've been to that place twice post that incident and now the new staff and even the owners are very welcoming

Love the authenticity of the South Indian cuisine. The chutneys they serve are always on point. I have ordered different items on each visit and they are always on point. Keep up the taste.

Needs to improve the quality of food. I ordered South Indian thali and curries served weren't fresh

I wish this restaurant was more consistent in food quality, because they're very good sometimes. We keep going there again. But sometimes the quality is too disappointing .

Food is so delicious, only thing I brought from there is masala dosa, vada and idli. But the food is so expensive like in airport, two masala dosa and two vada cost around 375 rs. And an idli cost around 100 something. But I think it's common in Delhi.

Kadhai paneer & paneer butter masala both were tasteless. Kadhai paneer was like just boiled no taste was there, paneer butter masala was having worst gravy

My dining experience at this restaurant was less than satisfactory. The food was subpar, lacking in both taste and quality. The dishes seemed poorly prepared, and the overall presentation was unappealing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my disappointing culinary encounter.

VERY BED QUALITY OF FOOD, NEVER GO ON, LAST NIGHT DINNER IN THIS RESTAURANT, HUM TINO KI HI TABIYAT KHARAB HO GAI, VOMITING AND LOOSE MOTION, BAHUT BURA KHANA THA, DOSA AND NORTH INDIAN ALSO BED.. IF YOU WANT YOUR HEALTH IS OKAY NEVER GOING ON THIS RESTAURANT..

Good food. Good restaurant. But then the servicing they do is so terrible. But then the food is good and rates are also decent. So people wouldn't talk much about it at the end

South indian dishes are ok... but North indian dishes are average....

Udupi darshini is a pure vegetarian South Indian restaurant and Indian cuisine. I have checked dosa, pao bhaji, Chinese and some drinks which are very good in taste. The restaurant is in mayur vihar phase 1, you can visit and give a check

Average place in terms of taste and authenticity though quality of food and service is acceptable. Pricing slightly on the higher side for food quality. Found it safe in terms of hygiene.

Love this place, i go here regularly because this is the most authentic south Indian cousine restaurant in Delhi. I'm from Bangalore and struggle to find good south Indian in Delhi but this place is hands down the best, better than most big names.

Basic and clean restaurant with air conditioning . The service is helpful . Opens for breakfast so we had Idli sambar and Filter coffe. The Idli was just ok but the sambar had vegetables , flavour and was fresh.The filter coffee had a slightly burnt and stale taste and was not good. The prices are quite pocket friendly though. I may not go again because the food was just about passable.

Tried Chinese and South Indian food. Food taste is very good. Sambhar can be made better. Good service. 😊 Will visit again soon.

It was good once upon a time. Both food and quality of service seems detoriated when I went for dinner on September 18, 2022. Traditional items like Rasam had no taste except rasam powder, sambar and chutney only had the taste of overwhelming salt. When asked for two extra empty glasses, we got dirty ones after repetitive request and 15 minutes. Only saviour was plane idly and dosa which obviously has seen better days.
