Great experience with Dr Shaila Singh of Athika Physiotherapy Clinic. During the lockdown last year, I had severe back issues that weren't getting resolved despite taking several pain meds & supplements prescribed by an orthopedic. Dr Shaila identified the root cause and was able to guide us on how to do the necessary pressure therapy and exercises at home via video to releive the pain within a few days. Dr Shaila was patient and personable through the consultations and I have recommended her to others in my family.

Dr Shaila is a committed & v affable professional. She is knowledgeable & makes all effort to understand the specific medical issue & creates a suitable protocol. She is hands-on, explains every procedure & is proactively engaged. My experience was for an aggravated sporting injury, which I am grateful to Dr Shaila for resolving to my complete satisfaction.

After been in and out of multiple physiotherapy clinics for years and no one treating the root cause of my spinal issues and repeated spasms, Dr. Shaila finally came to my rescue! She is a great listener which I feel is lacking in most doctors since they often end up coming to a diagnosis without actually listening to the patient and getting to know their history. She treats the root cause of the problem faced by the patients. She is also very kind, warm with her patients and keeps following up! I had been suffering from cervical from the past 5 years now. I had a constant pain in my neck and arms. I was not able to bend my neck for a longer period of time or sleep properly.
