    Green Valley Heights is a very clean society situated in Dhakoli. Awesome society newly constructed. Nearby places of the society is very nice. It is surrounded by Awesome scenery. No issue of water and electricity, power backup is available. Cleanness is good. Good security on gate. This society is in front of road ,who makes it easy to find and makes it attractive.

    Nice place to live. It's a good society. Security is good too with cameras and guards. Flats are also good. Lifts and generator facility are also provided. Safe place to live. Surrounded by park for children and adults. Situated near small market and shops for daily usage products.

    A good society in the outskirts of town but well connectivity to Delhi and Tri-Cities. The society is well-maintained and have good location. The layout of 3BHK is well planned and offers proper ventilation and light.

    These people are quite famous and everyone thinks of them when thinking to buy a good house. Many of my known are owners of flats under them. And we are also looking for the same. Saving for the down payment and will surely fulfill our dream to settle here.

    Society condition is worst ,no RWA since last 8 yrs after possession , Society builders are only accountable till selling , very pathetic situation people's are living in society

    The building is neat and clean. Security guards are on their toes everytime, during entry. Has lot of parking space, Club house.

    Before shifting you would be told about every facility but after shifting only you'll get to know the reality, better to have a talk with the unknown residents.
