Nice cozy place for official or personal stay. The staff is very good and friendly. The stay will include breakfast which is also very delicious and has good variety of Indian and continental dishes. Will surely stay again whenever I visit Chandigarh.

Unfortunately very unprofessional hotel brand. They were not able to find my booking after I gave them the confirmation number on the phone after not being able to find the hotel. Even though they suddenly knew my name (I didn’t mention it), they were still unable to find the booking! After asking to explain the address to my driver in order to clear everything up at the reception, they declined to hand out the information before not confirming - how stupid is that???

Visited there for 1 night and was all fine. Things could have been better with better service and rooms. The rooms are just okay needs to be better kept and our room and problem with ac. Breakfast options could have been better quality and served good. Situated at good place good for a day stay or so

The food here was really tasty. The 4 Course meal served had ample quantity. The service though could be a lot better. Good ambience for parties or get togethers. Overall good value for money.

Had a wonderful experience, the hotel staffs are helpful and prompt. The rooms are good. Feels like home. Food is also delicious and tasty. Will definitely prefer it for my next visit to Chandigarh.

Pathetic Hotel, Damp and Stinky rooms, Leaky ceiling *Room Quality* - It is far below standard. Our room had water leakage from ceiling and the room stinked a lot due to dampness. Washroom was Ok. The lighting in the room was very dull. Overall the room felt very substandard. The lobby are had very dim light. Cleanliness- Room were dirty. Had dust and the carpets everywhere were damp dirty and stinky. *Staff*- was not helpful. *Room Service*- we booked a room for 3 by paying extra. But no extra bed was provided. On asking the staff offered an extra mattress. On asking extra blanket they said no and then provided a used and torn and stinky blanket. *Food*- we ordered dinner. It was ok. Buffet breakfast was ok. The breakfast area again stinked and was dirty. Options very limited even though they charged for it *Price*- No value for money. Overcharged. Not recommended at all.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom, after you shower it smells of sewage. The WiFi is pretty slow. There is also no elevator so it is hard for elders and disabled people to get to the rooms. The AC in the room was good.
