Best tasting menu I've seen. My wife and I, along with my brother in law loved it. Great experience all around.

Ambience: Very beautiful restaurant. Service: was good but not too special. The food : I disappointing is the best drscription. We felt stressed as we got various types of bread (with an unnecessary show around it) and a huge amuse buche tasting therefore were already quite filled before it even began. I did not even touch all of it. Taste: For a Michelin starred menue we actually expected more as it seemed like 'looks over taste' a bit too often. We were not happy about this amount of money we spent as we got much better food for a much lower price already. And we have been around a bit. It is not even in the top 20.

An absolute treasure. I just happened to be in Ragusa when they were hosting a white truffle and Champagne dinner with Champagne Pommery. The staff is very kind and welcoming, the food is world class, and the wine options are phenomenal. Make a reservation and enjoy a very special evening. I will definitely travel to Ragusa from California again and eat here at least twice more.

We stopped today for lunch. Beautiful experience with a well deserved Michelin star. The cool cellar like atmosphere was romantic and full of history as it was previously owned by the church above. The food was incredible with the wine pairing creating a wonderful dynamic display of flavors. The service was amazing and the attention to detail was superb.

Amazing experience, a proper tasting with all the senses. A trip across mystic Sicily, a land rich in colours, tastes and smells. As Ulysses, who was sailing in the Mediterranean, I navigated and discovered the culinary treasures of this great land of traditions but always open to genuine experimentation.

This is a must go restaurant if you are in Ragusa. The ambiance is stunning, loved the cave setting, the food delicious, wine list impressive and Carmelo the sommelier was super knowledgeable and helpful. We travelled with our 4 year old who fell asleep at the table and they were very accommodating to allow her to sleep on the couch inside the restaurant. A destination in itself!

Good restaurant, but we expected more. The location is amazing - a restaurant carved in stone yet so elegant. Amuse bouche were amazing, each one of them, kudos to the chef. Main dishes of the tasting menu were good but nothing too special. The menu is not balanced enough, as we were full before the dessert, and this was only a 5 course tasting menu! We ate at Michelin starred restaurants with 15 and even 28 dishes which were more well composed. Service was ok but nothing special, can expect more from a Michelin star restaurant. Sommelier didn't give enough explanations on the wine, service wasn't consistent across tables, and the table was only cleaned upon request. For the price, I would likely not go back though.

An absolute must if visiting Ragusa. We enjoyed a delicious lunch here and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Meal consisted of several courses inspired by local tastes, expertly prepared and presented. Maitre d' recommended a local wine (see my review of the vineyard) which sealed the deal. Chef even came to our table for a chat. Perfectissimo!

The setting was very romantic, especially with the naturally rose colored stones. Eating in a cave puts you a whole different mood. Pick the tasting menu. It was fabulous. Service was impeccable. Take a tour of the wine cellar and choose your bottle for the night. The restaurant is very difficult to find. Take a taxi or have the restaurant pick you up.

Such a fun experience in a very special ambience, fantastic food - medium sized tasting menu was very abundant, we could not finish it all. Incredible value and the service was impeccable. Fantastic sommelier who will find you a great bottle no matter your price point - in fact we were between two bottles and recommended the less expensive one. Every plate was beautifully presented and delicious. Well deserving of two Michelin stars. Wish we could have come back for lunch but was closed the next day. Do not miss.

The tasting menu, the service, the decor..everything was flawless. We enjoyed our time here so much. For our first Michelin star experience it was incredible, wouldn't have changed a thing. Thank you for making our celebration such a fantastic night.

Wonderful dinner, great service. May have had the best stuffed pasta in my life there. Wine pairings were lovely.

The food is very nice and I had a great and memorable meal. Now, I had every expectation that fine dining comes with high prices, I'm used to that. However, I noticed on my bill 14 EUR for a bottle of water, which I thought was ridiculous and left an unpleasant feeling at the end of what was overall a good experience and I would hope this establishment reconsiders treating customers this way. We expect to pay, but don't take advantage of us!

Incredible michelin star restaurant. The best michelin star I have tried. The restaurant is located near a rock so inside is very beautiful so it seems you are inside the rock. The wine cellar is unbelievable, very nice to see more then 18.000 bottles from all over. Food is also fantastic.
