We had an amazing dining experience in this restaurant. We had the 7 course menu with pairing wines from the region of Sicily. The Sicilian sparkling wine was great as well. Service was fast and precise carried out by experienced staff members.

My dinner was one of those that I will not forget, it was superb. It was love at the first bite. Everything I had was excellent, well presented and served. The restaurant offered me bread and oil with the tasting of an appetizer. Even simple things like bread and oil were well above standards and expectations and the appetizer was more than enough to make me decide that I made a very good restaurant choice and that I was in for a real treat. Finally it must be noted that the staff is very professional and helpful.

This was an excellent dinner. The menu profumeria sicilia is quite a bit of food but was quite the experience. I ordered that and my two companions got a la carte and tasted my plates as well. It starts out with wonderful real first press olive oil. The antipasto included tartare di tonno (tuna) with an excellent sauce. Primo piatto included a quail dish with an herb sauce. The two best dishes were the Fagottino ripiena di maialino which was pork from the famous black pigs of the Nebrodi in a wonderful home made pasta, and the Angus farcito alla falsomagro con polpetta di patata (beef) which was out of this world. All for a price that makes you wonder how they can keep open for the amount of work that must have gone into this feast. [from a visit in 2013]

We had a delightful lunch at Coria. The restaurant is quiet and calm. The staff was helpful and nice. The food was really great. We just had the lunch menu and the 2 dishes and desert were tasty and precise. Recommended.

Stylish restaurant melding excellent classic technique and fine local ingredients. We went there to enjoy their good deal prix fixe lunch but instead seduced by a "menu Rosa" in honor of the Giro d'Italia bicycle race occurring in caltagirone that day. The special dishes each including pink ingredients we're all beautifully executed and the seafood dishes were particularly fine. Very worth a visit!
