I don’t recommend this hostel even to my enemies. They tried to charge me city tax fee even I have paid it over hostelworld. Also there is music voice all the night because in the downstairs there is a night club. I could not sleep any single minute. Bedclothes are not clean and there was a bunch of hair on my pillow. Really don’t recommend…

Great concerts right under the hostel :) (not quiet to sleep) Seriously do something about that club, because the noise was extreme! And otherwise quite nice hostel was turning at night to horrible experience :(

The location is very practical for someone who has to take an international bus the next morning and still wants to be where all the parties are. But there is a night club next door. Also, I came at night, there was a self check-in but the key had already been taken out by someone. Probably because a box with number 1 written on it having a pin code 1111 isn't safe. The box with 2 had a pin code 2222, I checked. So I had to walk into the first floor that was open (due to a broken lock on the door) and sleep on the couch in the common kitchen. Couch was good though, bathroom is clean, everything is OK. Still, guys I didn't pay a lot of money but what if there wasn't a door with a broken lock there? I would have to search for a new accommodation at 2 am or sleep on the street, like come on, fix the keys or create a 24/7 helpline I don't know

One of the best hostels! Easy check-in/ and check-out, very friendly people, rooms are clean, cozy living room, kitchen is fully equipped and the hostel is located in the centre of Riga!

There is a night club with very loud music, so it's impossible to sleep until 4 am. However, amazing location and helpful employees.

They are partnered with the nightclub downstairs, so don't expect to get any sleep at this place anymore. It was a nice hostel until the management changed recently, now their plan is increasing turnover by serving you drinks downstairs since you won't be able to sleep anyway.

The hostel is in the center, really easy to go to every Riga spot from here. The staff is really nice, the rooms are big, lots of bathrooms and showers, really clean, nice staff and the kitchen is well equipped. Absolutely recommended!

Nice green space with south East Asian prints and feels. The owner is Venezuelan and very amicable. Prices for female dorm are more than reasonable and one of the cheaper hostels in town. My favorite thing about the hostel is the location, as it’s just minutes away from everything and anything in the center. Showers and bathrooms are cleaned daily and never felt alarmed using them. Some areas did have a very faint humidity smell that was not detectable sometimes, but with more ventilation that was fixable. I recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying here.

The guys of this hostel saved our trip! Our booked hostel was not available, so we had to find in a few hours another one. We reached them really easily and the communication from the beginning was really good. The hostel is super cleaned and you can see that the owners put a lot experience of their own traveling and love to details for creating a comfortable home for your staying there. The kitchen and common room has nearly everything you need for cooking. The location is directly in old town. We (3 girls) really loved this place and can recommend it for everybody who is staying in Riga. We will hopefully come back :)

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The hostel is modern, cozy and extremely clean. The staff is easy to get along with and they are super helpful :) Great location too, everything is 10-15 mins walk maximum. 10/10

Good location in Riga's old town, close to shops and beautiful areas along the river. Appreciated the guest kitchen with free coffee and tea, but it was not available night time (11 PM to 8 AM). There is though a 24/7 open CircleK kiosk very close, I went there to sit and drink hot chocolate really early in the morning. The building that is housing the hostel is a bit worn down and the showers weren't all that fresh when I visited august 2023, low water pressure in the taps. Stayed in a shared dorm for women only, the room was fairly nice and clean, and shared bathrooms available at the same floor in the house. There were rules that you must leave your shoes in the hallway, and forbidden to smoke or drink alcohol in both the rooms and shared areas of the hostel

Perfect position close to the center. 17 euros/night Quite good hostel The main problem are the people inside: I slept only one night (15 people room) but I had a bad night, people coming in and going out shouting at 3 am. I suggest to hostel staff some more surveillance during night in order to respect thr other guests. I will be back? I don't know

Nicely located, near the shops and the river (nice for a quick run). Common area closes a 11pm and open a 8am. In the bathroom they have shower rugs soaked after a lot of traffic so it isn’t the most pleasing sensation. Overall cute, warm, homey hostel.

OMG! Totally in love with his hostel. So clean and cozy. We take off the shoes before entering. There is free tea, coffee and cocoa. And staff was nice, they gave us one common room to me and my 9 friends. There are board games and a guitare! The best couch I've ever seat on. And it's 10 - 15 min from the bus station and market place and everything. And it was affordable for poor students like me. I will come to Riga just to have the nicest naps in my life in the tree house hostels.

Very quiet hostel, the rooms are spacious and have lockers. The community room is very nice and clean as we take our shoes off when getting in. The hostel is located near the center of Riga and multiple restaurants.

The hostel is really cute and cosy, staff is friendly and helpful, too bad they have a bar and is never open. It’s quite hard to get to a bar/pub from there during the night. We were there for 5 days, and everyday it was closed.

The personnel of the hostel are nice people. Just thanks to customers, I had such a horror night.The room mates for my polite request turned off sound and stopped laughing,yellling ( 4 a.m.) , and they were looking to me as idiot. All of them were drunk.Never seen such a wild and intolerant environment in hostels after sleepless night moved out in the early morning. I hope you will work on room rules and improve this.

A good place to stay with a happy and friendly atmosphere. Coffee and tea is available and there is an area to read or work quietly. This is a safe place to stay at if you’re alone.

The hostel facilities are fine, but it seems to draw a party hostel crowd despite not being a party hostel itself. The security of the hostel needs to be improved. For me it was a very uncomfortable experience and one of the worst I’ve had in a hostel (at this point I’ve stayed in about 20), ended up leaving to stay in a nearby hotel.

Location is amazing and staff very nice! The hostel is a bit shabby and I’ve stayed in much more comfortable beds. The bathrooms are not the nicest and shower took forever to heat up. If you want a cheap stay near all the attractions, this is the place for you. It was okay for the 2 nights, wouldn’t have stayed much longer though

First time visiting Riga and the place has a feeling of home. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Location is in the heart of Riga and very accessible.

This hostel is nice. It has everything you need. The bed and room are clean, toilet is somewhat clean but could be better. There are common are that you can relax, do your work or chit chat with other people. The staff are friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well-maintained. The vibe of the hostel is really welcoming. The price is cheap. It’s located at the heart of old town so everything is very close.

Overall, I'd say this hostel is so-so. The location is fantastic, it's right in the old town and all the major attractions for tourists are very easy to walk to. Downstairs there is a McDonalds, convenience stores, and even some bars, and there is a larger supermarket in the shopping mall only a few minutes away. However, the comfort in the hostel itself could use some improvements. For starters, the showers don't really get hot, and the temperature fluctuates between freezing and kinda warm. Also, there were only 3 toilets and 3 showers shared between around 30 beds on my floor, so at times that can be problematic. Additionally, as some of the other reviews stated, there is music which can be heard from the club downstairs. It isn't unbearably loud, more just an annoyance, but I was able to sleep through it well enough once I started sleeping. The beds were reasonably comfortable, most had their own lamps, although only one blanket, but probably the staff would give you another if you asked. The staff was kind and helpful, and the kitchen seemed to be fully stocked with free coffee, although, I didn't really use it, so I am not sure. Overall, I'd say this is a decent spot to crash for a short time if you just want a cheap place in the center to use as a base to explore and pass out after drinking, but it's not the best if you're looking for a quite comfortable place and you plan to sleep and rise early.

Wonderful hostel! I stayed in 3 different dorms with windows facing different directions and all were very comfortable and quiet (with earplugs). Plenty of baths and showers, a lift, a very good kitchen / communal area, and free coffee and tea all day. The hosts are really friendly and helpful and that creates a good vibe among the guests. They even have a bicycle storage area. The only minor complaint is the kitchen did not have a microwave.

Central location, close to everything i.e. Old Town, bus stops, shops, supermarket, etc. A rare feature is a working elevator. Fantastic atmosphere - friendly staff and guests. Lots of common area to chill or socialize. Lockers in dorms to secure your valuables. Strong wifi signals. Nice showers. Super clean. Great value in every aspect. A+++++

Super nice for staff and roommates Although it walks around 8mins from bus station and hard to find the entrance for hostel, it is an extremely clean and comfortable place to stay!!

A very nice, clean and friendly place to stay. The hosts have done a fantastic job and go the extra mile. For me, A/C would be the icing on the cake to make the stay more comfortable. The room was very warm, so warm that the Fan kindly provided by the hosts had literally no effect. I stayed in the private room with shared bathroom facing Old Town. Thank you.

Very nice and central location, close to many things that you can visit and the explore. Cool bars near by and cute little shops. Definitely worth staying here!

Excellent hostel, I really enjoyed my stay here! The common areas and rooms are clean and cosy, other hostel guests are respectful and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers are almost always free. There are lockers where you can store your valuables. Great location too. I would highly recommend!

The best hostel in Riga city centre. The staff is lovely. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily cook any meal. There are female rooms, so I felt extra safe and could have my personal space even in a 10 beds room.

Guestly and affordable, obviously not the best for privacy but it is a hostel anyway. Toilet and shower mostly clean, the 4th floor a lot more friendly and cozy than the 5th. The 14 people room too crowded and warm.

It was a very good experience. The host was helpful and just awesome in general. The location was great with lots of bars and restraunts close by.

I booked through hostel world, and when I went to check in the reception said there is no room avilable in hostel, you can contact hostel world, but hostel world is worst service they don't have coustomer support through call or chat

Great hostel. I was positively surprised. It was clean, nice, the atmosphere was amazing, like at home. No queues to the bathroom, good wifi connection. The localization tho can be a plus but also a disatvantage, as it is right next to the night club and you will hear the music all night long til 5 am. They could also think about some air conditioning in the rooms, that would be so much better, because it can be extremely hot inside.

First time in here. But people are polite and respectful 🙏 lots of people but rooms are well assorted and pretty clean. You have your own key and access code, only people in the room can enter the room you stay in plus you've got a personal locket.

Arrived in the evening and we were easily able to jump into the rooms. Had great breakfast with live guitar. Definitely recommend 😎

We found this hostel by chance and we did not expect to be so pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the reception, the cleanliness of the place, the comfort of the place and the quality price ratio. A big thank you to this hostel that has embellished our trip! 👍🏽

Great location. Checkin with the gentleman was a little strange. He felt very rushed. The rooms were really small and warm/smelly at night. The common area isn't open all the time, so there's no access to more restrooms or coffee all the time. Very strange. Not the hostel experience I'm used to.
