This is the closest to chinese Food I had in Latvia. If you can withstand spicy food (real spicy not Latvian spicy), ask for their chilly sauce it transform the dish with much deeper aromas from spices and becomes a dish rich in flavors. Will definitely come back (and call to ask if they also do hotpot). BIG Negative point is that smoking is allowed on their terrasse, so no possibility to eat outside with kids.
