Right by the streetside and easily accessible. It is usually packed, especially at rush/peak hours because of it's accessibility. It is not the greatest of places to dine in so best just take take-out. The food is okay, tasty and the menu offers a variety of options to satisfy your fast food cravings. The restrooms, however, are not kept in the best of conditions.

It's the closest KFC to the Mbabane Bus Rank so it can het very busy during the day and especially after 5pm. I've been there a few times and I've had a mixed experience with the service and quality of the food. If you're in a rush don't go there between 5:30pm and 7pm (unless its Sunday), you will wait 40 minutes for an orsee they told you would be ready in 15 minutes

I got the wrong thing after waiting for so so so so long. They seem to be overwhelmed by having a drive thru and order in, in one branch

My original recipe Chicken was mouth-watering, hot and fresh. My order was quick and accurately prepared. The restaurant is perfectly clean entirely. The well trained staff is great with their exceptional excellent service. Its impressive. I'll rate it 10/10

My ice cream was tasty, I got a clean table, cashier was good and friendly to me she give me my order right away and she first confirmed my order before giving it to me, and they treated me like a baby in that restaurant and I feel comfortable to be there.

Tables and chairs well clean and well sanitized. Speed of service was fast, cashier verified and confirmed my order it was right. Cashier Lwazi suggested colonel burger meal, it was finger linkin good.

The music was soothing , the speed of service was fast and they did verify my order before giving it to me , the cashier (Thoko) was gave me a warm welcome and her smile enlightened my mood while I was feeling down I then felt way to better. Thoko's warm welcome gave me freedom to interact with her freely concerning my order. Mbali who is a cleaner was socially smart with me as she was friendly with me in our conversations. I confidently say that KFC Mbabane Plaza feels like home to me.

I bought clever dunked box and it was delicious. I enjoyed every single bite. The service was good as i was served with a smile.

If KFC Mbabane Corporate Place is failing to operate like it should then it should just close down. The biggest downfall of this branch would have to be the employees. you can’t tell me you took your CV to KFC to disregard people and not even follow the order screen LIKE YOU SHOULD. Worst KFC branch in Swaziland terrible service they don’t even check the orders that have been made online, I ordered something in a rush and they only switched on their receiving device when I told them that I ordered via KFC WhatsApp. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
