They're very nice and professional. I love that they answer all my questions before starting any procedure. At first I was very nervous with what I was getting done they made sure everything was going to be OK after the procedure my nurse made sure to keep in touch with me via text to make sure I was ok. This was my first time at the spa and it was very relaxing. I received a SkinWave Facial and my skin looked amazing when I was finished. I also received sample skin care products to try at home and have already booked my second appointment. Definitely recommended! :)
