This Walmart has terrible customer service and they never answer the phone. Most people that shop here have no common sense and they move around like they are dragging a ball and chain. They would rather form a line than check out quicker at the self checkout.

Baby aisle is always a mess this was the cleanest I've seen it. The people who leaves milk and other refrigerated items in the baby department shouldn't shop that ain't right. The messed up part about it it that th milk was did have condensation on it (not sweating)nor the shelve. Meaning it's been there for a few hours it was warm to the touch. I guess no one works this department or just don't care. Again this has been the cleanest I've seen it and s t owned the most, toys usually just thrown on shelf.

I went to the Supercenter on Boca Chica. I was amazed at the full shelves, customer service, and their bakery department. I usually buy fresh pet for my dogs. This store has everything in stock. Now if you go to the Walmart on 802, it is awfully empty, no fresh pet, employees constantly on their phones, and they avoid helping the customers , look at the videos management.

Place is always a mess. Today I went topurchase a pregnancy test, but they have them behind glass, which is fine. However, Noone actually comes when you press the customer assistance button. I asked an employee who was on the isle over to open it for me, but said he couldn't. A "coach" finally arrived to get me my product with an attitude. He didn't let me see the products, just țold me to pick one abs to pay in the "gm" side, like im supposed to know where the gm side is. Isn't a coach suppose to know that customers don't know their work lingo? Definitely won't be going into the store to buy similar products.

Artemio was Awesome!!! Idk if he was a custodian (because he was cleaning in the hardware dept when I asked him for help) but either way he didn't miss a beat!!! He helped me right away, he took out his price scanner & didn't say oh I don't work in that dept, which is typical for some employees unfortunately. Then another lady asked him for help & he gladly obliged!!! Very kind & versatile employee, Walmart definitely needs more people like him!!

Expect to see night stockers to throw most of the items you buy on the floor the customer service here is the worst I've seen at any Walmart store always dirty

Y experience with the employees here are terrible. The place is a mess all of the time, and when ever I call and I press zero the person that answers the phone says "boca chica Walmart" and then hangs up right after I didn't even get a chance to say hi....at first I thought it was a mistake... The line disconnected...but I called a second time and she hung up the same way... And the third time I call I tell her not to hang up right after she says "Boca chica Walmart" she just laughs and then hangs up... This happens every time I call. If they don't want to work... Then quit... I was never rude... And I was always respectful... I ended. Calling another Walmart and they answered me and they were nice to me...they answered my questions...but I am so not going to Boca chica Walmart ever again... I hope it closes or at least hire a whole new staff.

Early morning or late evening shopping is good. Lots of clearance.. very low on selections of many items.. no pants. No shirts. Sweaters galore, forgot fat people wear clothes too not only pajamas..

Everything you need in one place with great prices. The only thing is that they reduce their meats too late. they are dark spots on the meats. no appetizing!!

Been going to Walmart on boca chica and twice I’ve had rude cashiers that don’t have the time to help u and they talk back . This one was just talking to another employee, I guess I bothered her conversation. Why be polite to this people if there not polite to you.! call management and got a supervisor there response is I’ll talk to her. From now on I rather go to walmart on Ruben Torres there polite and don’t talk back!!!!!! It’s out of my way but there customer is a lot better.

I would really like to see more cashiers at the registers. Self checkout is cold (unfriendly). Management needs to be friendlier to employees, they talk down to them and reprimand in public. I have witnessed this too many times. This is at the Brownsville, Boca Chica Store. As a teacher (and I speak for many) it would be nice if the doors were open at least at 6:00 am. We work late and would like to purchase our kid's snacks early. Middle school teachers have to be clocked in by 7:30 and we are always short on time. HEB opens at 6:00 a.m., but many of us prefer our Walmart.😊

Walmart needs to have more than 1 person for curbside pickup. Everyone was getting upset at her because they were taking long when in reality it wasn’t her fault it was WALMART FAULT for not hiring more people knowing that it was the weekend of Black Friday.

customer service is really bad, have been trying to call the store for days now and apparently no one can even answer the phone, it's crazy how you always see the workers just walking around and talking to each other and they claim to be too busy to answer a phone call for a simple question. very unprofessional

Stephanie in the electronic department is Super amazing awesome spirt and very attentive. Made my night by being so aware and her smile was awesome. Thanks again hope they let u know u were amazing Happy holidays and Merry Christmas!

Walmart is Walmart but one thing I hate about Walmart is that when there's holidays it is out of stock. When you're looking for something it's specific you have to look in the website to see if it is sold in store then you have to call and assure that no one won what you got it so it's a big problem buying but for groceries and daily things perfect for pets which is where I go not really

Walmart super center is great lots friendly employees as well as helpful ones. They have in stock what they have, they try to have everything but not possible at times due to shortage or simply ran out. Occasional spill here or there. Freezers do keep going out alot lately, maybe time to replace them. To ensure comsumers get quality frozen foods. Otherwise has a lot of everything you can possibly needs..

Waited over thirty minutes for someone to come unlock a drawer for me after they were paged. In that time I tried calling the store three times on my cell phone but nobody picked up. I asked a nearby associate to page someone again but nobody showed up after 10 minutes. I couldn't afford to wait any longer so I had to leave.

I hate walmart now. I hate buying 150$ worth of groceries and having to scan and bag all the groceries while the employees stand around and look at me. I try to go to heb. Wal mart is my last option.

Worse freaking place to go shop!!!!!!! Never no one to help was at the bakery section waiting for more than 30 minutes cause only one person from the entire store knows how to take a cake order…. For that employee to tell me that they don’t have the pans to make the cake that i was going to order even though it in their catalog … i had to call the customer service desk from inside the store in order for some one to actually go and help me… because i asked several people and no one knew how… i called the other walmart in front of them and ask if they could make that cake and if they had the pans to make it and if their was going to be some one that knew how to make orders and till what time… BOCA CHICA WALMART #1000 🤮🤮🤮

I've had some bad deliveries lately, don't know what's going on, but I've received spoiled produces, wrong items, damaged items. I used to love Walmart but lately It's been one disappointment after another. The tip gets added automatically, if you don't look you get çharged, some of us live on a tight budget , I pay for a membership shouldn't be charged it should be up to me if I tip or not. Lately they haven't been doing to gd to get a big tip.
