Hotworx is amazing! The convince of a 24 hr gym with many workout options- it feels like a daily personal trainer for a 5am workout. LOVE IT!!! Be ware . . HotWorx is addicting . . your back pain will dissipate . . you will lose weight . . your Dr will take the credit. I am a bigger guy 6'2". On occasion do I hit the ceiling in the spin class . .yes . . I don't care. If I stretch out for yoga do I barely fit . . Yes . . I don't care. Being older and fat it is hard to get started in movement for any gym activity. The sauna warms me up and movement is enjoyable. If you have belonged to various gyms over the years you may have experienced gym classes that are filled up or only have 1 class at 5:15 and you can't get there by then . . or you have wanted to get on a piece of equipment or weight machine but a meat head is on the machine and wants you to work in with him and he is lifting Arnold weights . . Hotworx is the antidote to that. I usually reserve a class of time at the gym/FX area about an hour before i go. I have not been bumped from a class. There are multiple classes going. I can see that 2 ppl are already in class x, then I will just sign up for class y that has 1 person. It's a small class size. The ppl in Omaha are friendly. The brief comradery in the classes has been nice. The benefits outweigh the down side. I know people are suspicious about working in a sauna. The first class was very hard. But the following classes sometime I have not even noticed or lowered the temp a bit. You must maintain hydration. Its ok to step out for a minute and take a breather. I still belong to my regular gym . . but I haven't been there in weeks . . I've been at HotWorx. Area for improvement but not impossible to overcome . . screen placement, having a place for phones and ipads in the class for alternate class vids maybe, plus a way to keep them cooled. Your phone will shut off due to heat after 30 min. If your goal in conditioning and weight loss and you want a long lean physique and health . . HotWorx is great. This location has the best shower too.

This company operates a highly anti- consumer subscription model that is against multiple consumer protection guidelines and regulations. (set by banks and card processors) If you sign up with them and no longer wish to use their MONTH TO MONTH service - they will charge you 2 months and $99. If they do this you have the ability to dispute these charges under the FCBA (Regulation Z) guidelines related to subscription charges. My bank returned all funds back to me because of the blatantly unethical business practices. EDIT: Also asking consumers to come in and cancel a recurring charge on a credit card violates merchant processing regulations with Mastercard and Visa (which is part of the reason I won). Don't give in to those bully tactics. Ask for an email - send the email to cancel and keep it for your records.

I recently joined hotworx & absolutely love it!! The friendly staff & 24/7 access make for the best experience! I look forward to each time I go!

Love the variety of workout options and how good the heat makes you feel! Staff is also great and very welcoming.

For the most part I did enjoy my time as a member. However, I paid for my last two months up front and they shut off my membership before those two months were up. They also put a charge on my card for my husband dropping in without notifying me. No one was at the front desk during the day so we could pay the drop in fee. This is very unprofessional. Not great customer service.

I love going to Hotworx!! I feel a sense of accomplishment after a hot, sweaty session!!! The place is always nice & clean when I go in to workout!!

I joined hot worx recently and I am LOVING it. I got recommended by a friend to try it and I have gone almost every single day since I signed up. I’m not very active and definitely out of shape. The biggest bonus I’ve noticed is I’m not very sore after, assuming it’s the benefits from the infrared! I love sweating out the toxins, I literally feel like I’m melting though. Stay hydrated! I hope they expand with more types of work outs, I’d love to see a meditation one! (But there’s still plenty of choices I love!)

I was hesitant to try Hotworxs because I’ve never liked to just sit in a sauna, but working out in one is incredibly fulfilling! I was also worried I’d have to work out with others, but it’s very easy to find a sauna that no one else has booked.

I love that it’s open 24 hrs to members and that the workouts are quick. The saunas are clean and you can feel the burn!

In week 4 of working out here and love it so far! Great workouts that fit into my busy schedule!

The convenience to be able to workout whenever is wonderful especially with a busy schedule. The facility and saunas are always clean and tidy whenever used.

I LOVE Hotworx!!!! I am giving this location a low rating as it does not service the bikes and they are in desperate need of replacing and fixing! I love this location but management doesn’t seem to be taking care of the equipment. So sad since I love the workouts so much!

Absolutely love it here! I joined 4 weeks ago and haven’t missed a day yet. Having the sauna aspect of the workouts as really helped me to not be so sore afterwords. I leave there feeling like I accomplished a lot in such a small amount of time. When I would take classes at any other gyms I would leave feeling hardly sweaty and just felt like I wasted my time and money. Also the 24/7 is a MAJOR bonus for me so I can go anytime I want to without worrying about who will watch my little one at a very specific time. 5/5 recommend!!

I was a little hesitant about the IR sauna at first, but it has been an amazing experience. They tout health benefits and it really felt like it goes beyond just the exercise. I really enjoy working out here, and am pleased with the experience I have!

Positive: Quality I have been coming to Hotworx since May 9th 2021 with my workout friend. We have both feel we are losing slowly but we can see we are building fat into muscle each class we go to. Having 24 hours to pick classes helps me being a mom of 4 kids have options to fit a quick class in. The classes all have modifications for whatever strength level you are currently at when you start and have options to challenge yourself each class you go into. It's an amazing workout group to try.

Great place to workout, whether you want a quick 15 minutes or an hour of sweat!

I love HOTWORX!!! I love that i go to the gym now because it makes me feel good not because I want to lose weight. I have been going for 10 months 3-4 times a week and I have never once been bored or wanted to try something new. The northwest location Is great it’s so clean and well maintained. There are so many amazing things I could say about the staff! They always make me feel welcome and they even greet me by name! I love all things about this gym and I’m definitely in it for the long run!

If you haven’t tried Hotworx, what are you doing?! Friendly staff & incredible, quick & effective workouts! Who doesn’t love to workout in a sauna! The biggest selling point for me was the unlimited workouts you could do & 24 hour access! I love hotworx!!!
