So,
this
review
is
about
my
first
experience
at
Yoga
6
South
Hills.
I’ve
practiced
yoga
for
a
long
time
and
wanted
to
try
something
different
(i.e.
heat).
I
took
the
Slow
Flow
class
with
Helen
(who
was
awesome,
by
the
way).
First
of
all,
it’s
warm
in
there!
hahaha
You
definitely
get
a
sweat
going!
The
sequences
flowed
very
well
and,
while
challenging,
I
think
are
appropriate
for
any
ability
level.
I
was
drenched
at
the
end,
but
it
was
well
worth
it!
I’m
more
of
a
calm,
restorative
yoga
kind-of-guy,
but
this
was
a
great
change
of
pace
to
my
normal
practices.
Also,
everyone
there,
from
Helen
to
Alyssa
is
top
notch!
It
was
an
awesome
first
experience
at
Yoga
6
South
Hills!
They
have
a
clean,
beautiful
studio,
and
have
mats
and
props
available
(if
you
don’t
have
your
own).
I
highly
recommend
at
least
trying
a
class!
