Welcoming, hospitable, and extremely generous. Truly one of the best places to purchase and try Arabic sweets, desserts, chocolates, snacks, and drinks. Their chocolates are 10/10, and I love their sugared pecans. I don't leave reviews often, but this shop definitely deserves it.

WOW! Al hamawi is exceptional. We tried it out on Saturday and were so impressed we came back on Tuesday. First, the hospitality is very kind and generous. Hamza was very helpful and friendly with my husband and our daughter and invited us to sample the products. The vibe is also clean, upscale, and modern. Everything is imported from Jordan. They have wonderful jarred products. We got the grilled olives with lebneh and za’ater and the grape leaves in the same style and omg they’re delicious! My husband ate half the jar of olives basically in one sitting — and the grape leaves are some of the best we’ve ever had. With the other nut stores in the area we did not have high hopes for the chocolate BUT to our surprise it was all good quality chocolate and fresh! The lotus with caramel is fantastic, make sure you try. They have beautiful gift options and wrapping — we got a three pack box of assorted maamoul and cookies for an upcoming holiday gift. Also the drinks are very delicious — the iced apricot, the coffee, and Indian style chai we have tried. They also sell tasteful and beautiful ceramics and tableware for the home serving. 100% recommend. There is truly something for everyone!

Came in tonight with my friend just to see what they have and we were very surprised with the variety of products the store was carrying. Although the store is nice and the store has a lot of variety that’s a small part of this rating and review. The owner mashAllah very nice guy he allowed to sample a lot of his items and took the time to explain what each item is and how it was made. I ended up buying pecan with caramel and another item like crackers with zaatar I believe and it was so good. I will definitely be coming back and letting my friends and family know about the wonderful service and delicious items that we had received today!

This is a great place for juice. It is clean, bright, has a large selection of juices with pictures and the name of every juice. Wonderful presentation. We drove an hour to its location and it was worth it.

10/10 amazing coffee, delicious chocolates and FANTASTIC service. Very kind and generous from the moment you walk in the door. I will be returning and recommending.

I was there tonight, just two days after the grand opening. This is the first branch to open in the US gladly they chose Chicago. They have a wide variety of fresh nuts, chocolates, Noga. They even have olive oil from Ajloun, Jordan which I tasted and it was so fresh. And many more things. I recommend giving this place a try, Im sure you won’t be disappointed.

The best coffee opens 8am for the 1st cup of the day it’s great before work to enjoy a great coffee or tea hot or cold and iced every thing is amazing and delicious and available enjoy our delicious medicine BALL
