Staying here for work related training. Wish had the option to stay at a different Hilton. Poor/disappointing customer service. Have been a Hilton Honors member for years so we’ve always chosen Hilton hotels when we’re away from home. First couple of nights we noticed worms crawling throughout the bathroom floor and shower. Asked about it at the front desk and was told I had to present them with pictures as proof. Had to request we were moved to a different room and the front desk seemed surprised at my suggestion. Later we asked for change to do laundry and seems like no one knows when their manager will be available to bring some. It’s been two days since I asked about getting change for the laundry room. Looks like I’ll be looking for a laundromat in the area instead. Do not recommend if spending more than one night.

Really enjoyed my peaceful stay here. The 2 ladies at the front desk, when I checked in, went beyond the usual to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, the view was good (considering the location), it was quiet, the bed, pillows and comforters were soft and comfy, breakfast was good. I did not make use of the pool or gym. Ample parking space as well.

Relatively new, well-maintained, spotlessly clean hotel. I am very particular about cleanliness and the room met my expectations. Of the three front desk people we encountered during our stay, all were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were also happy to see that full breakfasts were back. After check-in, it’s the first time I have ever received a text from a hotel inquiring as to whether or not everything was satisfactory in the room.

WOW ! This place was a wonderful place. Great staff, HUGE room. Well, Let me explain that I am handicapped ( in a wheelchair on occasions) This room was HUGE! Even the door to the rest room was a sliding door, which made getting in and out a breeze. The T.V. ...again huge ( for a hotel room). Had a wonderful brunch. great towels, coffee maker and coffee and even an Iron and board (if needed). close to shopping, food, and the highway system. And never heard any of the traffic from I-55 Again ...the room was huge. You could of had 10 people in that room and still been comfortable. Again it was a handicapped room. I just wish that my wife had told me that they had a pool down the hall. This will be my "Go To" hotel when in Illinois.

I travel a lot so I stay in many hotels, plenty on the "naughty list" . This one is securely on my "nice list". Overall, hotel looks newer and well cared for. Clean room, newer mattresses, but the pillows were definitely not my favorite. Breakfast was substantial and area was kept clean and well stocked. Pool area was very clean, warm water pool, and well heated room (all huge pluses). Most importantly the staff was fantastic. Nothing ground breaking or magically notable. Just friendly pleasant people. Invariably, I'm tired and cranky every time I'm returning to the room, so when there is a kind chipper "hi welcome back" with some eye contact mixed in, there is an impact. I thank you Johnnica, Jessica and Luke . We cranky cheerless half-awake travelers value you all. Nearly forgot, the suit/coat rack on the wall is an excellent amenity! Well done 👍.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for my stay. Upon entering the room, I was immediately impressed by its cleanliness. The bed was neatly made, and the entire space exuded a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided in the room were satisfactory, and I appreciated the convenience of having a small fridge and microwave. The complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel was a good start to the day. There was a decent variety of options available, from cereal to pastries and warm items like eggs and choice of protein. However, one minor issue I encountered during my five-day stay was the shortage of towels in the room. It seemed that the housekeeping staff did not anticipate the length of my stay and did not provide an adequate number of towels. While I did request additional towels, it would have been more convenient if the room had been stocked appropriately from the beginning. Nevertheless, the staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites were attentive and responsive to my needs. They promptly addressed my request for extra towels, and their friendly demeanor added a positive touch to my overall experience. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The surrounding area felt safe and provided a pleasant environment for exploring and dining options. In summary, the Hampton Inn & Suites provided a nice, clean room and a satisfying breakfast experience. While the shortage of towels was a minor inconvenience, it did not overshadow the overall positive aspects of my stay. I would consider returning to this hotel in the future and recommend it to others who value cleanliness, good service, and a convenient location.

I was greeted in a friendly manner and kind hospitality. The breakfast was one of the best with their variety and freshness of choices. This hotel was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed. I would definitely stay here again when I visit this area. Well done staff!!

This hotel is beautiful! The room was neat and clean, the Continental breakfast was delicious and the staff kept the area neat and clean. Johnnica was wonderful. She was very helpful and sweet. She made checking in a breeze and I really appreciate everything she did. The entire staff was wonderful and I can’t wait to come back.

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. This was a good location off of 294 and 55. The rooms that we got were pretty big and clean is with no issues. Staff was pretty awesome too they did accommodate us one extra hour for checking out. Johnnica really stood out as a great employee and asset to the hotel. My only gripe was noticing that they shut the doors to breakfast while a few people were still eating.

Excellent breakfast including potatoes and eggs, and the type of potatoes changed everyday, and oatmeal with plenty of toppings with bananas apples and oranges available. First floor rooms with tall ceilings, and nice comforters on the beds. Excellent place to stay for our family group, and the gymnasium had Exercise Equipment plus free weights, treadmills and an exercise bicycle.

Modern and clean. Spacious Room equipped with fridge, coffee machine, microwave. Snacks, fruits and drinks were complementary. Free breakfast with good selection. Safe area and free parking. Friendly staff. It was a short but great stay will definitely stay again in Hampton Inn.

This is a really good hotel. Very solid. I stay in a lot of Hilton properties due to my heavy work travel - this is one of the best. Extremely clean, extremely involved employees, great service.

Great place for a mini-reunion with a cousin. Central location, close to restaurants, very large, clean, comfortable room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast - everything fresh and a really nice variety. Also a great place if you're traveling with a dog. There is a lot of grass surrounding the property, which often isn't true with hotels that say they are pet-friendly. There is also a nice park right across the street as well. Very pleased with our visit.

My son and I ended up stranded due to car trouble and found a room here. We were quite happy with how clean everything was. The front desk clerk Jessica was very helpful and made us feel so welcome .Allison at the front desk also helped us out and made our stay much better.

Room clean. Hotel mostly new. Bed was hard. Been to many Hampton Inn. Most of them the bed is comfy. For whatever reason this one wasn't.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice, clean, and roomy with comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Would be glad to stay there again. Walking park across the road and quiet.

Great place, loved the overall experience staying two nights. The breakfast was good and the staff go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. Definitely recommend this place, will go back on next visit to Chicago.

Good location, just off i55 but no road noise. Clean rooms. Wish complimentary coffee tasted better didn't taste fresh brewed. But it was available all day and night.

I stayed here with my family. The stay was excellent. The breakfast food was great. Room were nice, clean and spacious. Allison at front desk was amazing as we got a warm welcome from here.

Spacious rooms and very good service. However, the location will be considered good based on the proximity to the places you are going to visit in that area. I was going there for a conference and the hotel was about 12 minutes from the conference venue.

Nice big room, clean, not overcrowded, excellent free breakfast, good facilities. Keep in mind they do charge $5 a night for parking which is fine just wasn’t advertised

the room and breakfast was really good but the service was so rude. multiple times i had asked for help and they were not willing to help get blankets, towels, or pillows. they were rude every time i interacted with them and they always ruined my good vibe for the festival. they made things way harder than they had to be

Great hotel! Easy access to highways, restaurants, and stores. Staff goes over and above to make their guests happy. Fitness room is above average. Complimentary Breakfast is excellent.

This was an excellent place to stay, and we hope to frequent it again. It was clean very homey, well decorated, and the staff was excellent.

I had to stop here after coming back late from a business trip heading home from Midway when I encountered a flat tire. Front desk staff was kind enough to let me keep my vehicle parked right in front of the main entrance since my tire went completely flat when I pulled u (what timing). I was exhausted from my long business trip, it was already late and started snowing so I told them I will change the tire in the morning.

What really get my review is the front desk lady who checked us in. She was soo nice! Extremely welcoming and despite issues with rooms open she was offering options. And because of the delay she felt bad and offered items from the market. 5 items! I couldn't have accepted her free items but was very honored by the customer service I received. As far as I care the rest of my experience here could be bad and I'd still be happy.

Rooms were great. Service was excellent. The pool could use some attention but guessing it was busy and hard to get chemicals balanced. The people there are very nice and breakfast was well done and free. A little drive into the city but you get to avoid the parking issues and have a more quiet space.

Great Stay. Clean hotel and rooms. The sofa bed was already made up for us, only had to add the blanket and pillow provided in the room. The breakfast was the best I've seen. They had different flavor waffle mixes, whip cream for the waffles, fruit toppings, and almond milk! Those are things I don't always see in hotels that I appreciate. There is a guest laundry room. Rooms are spacious. Sometimes the attendants were hard to get ahold of, but overall, very nice.
