I just want to take the time out to say how incredibly awesome Trader's Pointe Dental is. I have been a patient for years and unfortunately just wasn't taking the time to care for my dental health. One day I decided that I needed some much needed dental work after about a 2-3 year hiatus. I went in to start my journey and I was greeted by the most caring and loving staff that did not judge me or make me feel embarrassed. Dr. Lund and Dr. Kwan are the best dentist in the world. The hygienist and dental assistants were supportive and put together a treatment plan that was effective and efficient. Thanks to the amazing doctors and staff, I can now smile again with confidence. They are not just staff a dental office. They are life changers!

Today December 1st was my very first visit to this dental office. I would definitely recommend them. Office is nice and clean. The staff is so friendly. Everyone was super friendly which made me very comfortable. I am usually afraid of the dentist. They made me feel like a star! I love this practice. The dentist Dr. Lenz, Allison and Marisol all very kind, professional and friendly. Outstanding!

The staff is very friendly and professional. Jasmine was so delightful and gave me several helpful hints that will save me money when paying my bill. Mariel was helpful in making sure I was comfortable during the procedure and showing me how to manage my aftercare. Dr. Lund is the best dentist. He's so patient and told me step by step what was going to happen. All I all this was a good experience.

Five years ago I gave them 5 stars, easily. But since the new ownership it feels more like a money grab and big corporation than a local dentist who actually cares. Plus as of recent (within the last year - most likely because of new ownership) the office is hard to get a hold of. Still good service, just not 5 stars worth.
