Inspire Health is a great place for Pilates! Very small classes led by very well trained instructors. Been attending classes for over 5 years and love it.

As a fully-certified Stott Pilates instructor, for more than 10 years, I only have praise for Alicia who teaches the virtual reformer classes on Fridays at noon. She offers modifications, is knowledgeable and creative. No two classes are alike! Join her Friday virtual class and get a great workout!
