I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience here was too horrible to not to. The employee that took my order was unprofessional and it was obvious they didn't want to be there. I ordered 4 drinks and they didn't fill up my drinks even though I didn't alter the ice level at all. On top of that, they got 2 out of the 4 drinks I ordered completely wrong. I don't know if they mixed up my order with someone else's, but they were all the same drink. I had to go inside and tell them about it and this lady waved me off to another employee saying she was "busy" when she was only on her phone. This was the worst Dunkin' location I've been to.

The drive-thru is plagued by smelly garbage and bad potholes that almost tear your car's front shocks up and they're very slow.. However they are nice.

I really try my best not to leave negative reviews, however this is the last straw. I placed a mobile order to redeem a reward and they were completely out of donuts mid morning on a Saturday. If it’s not them running out of donuts, then it’s terrible customer service and burnt coffee. This location is less than a mile from my home so it’s a very convenient location, but at this point I would rather drive in traffic to patronize another location than to return to this location. If more people stopped settling for this subpar location, then they would be forced to provide satisfactory customer service. Do better Dunkin!

I went to purchase donuts for a meeting and two dozen cost $30. I thought that was expensive for two dozen. They were all donuts, nothing premium.

Normally prefer Dunkin over other places and my go to is the strawberry dragonfruit with coconut milk. I simply asked them to shake the drink for me or stir it because it looks like they just poured coconut milk on top, window had an attitude, laughed and said no. So i asked for just a regular refresher instead since the couldn’t shake it and the two workers joked about it and basically told me to get over it or just shake it yourself although there’s a big whole in the lid so tell me how could i do that. Needless today i normal tip because i used to be a bartender but i did not this go round and I’m going to probably not be back to this one

Let me tell yall i alwayz love the chai tea where ever i stopped by early in the morning or late afternoon. But sometimes drive thru make mistake few times my chai tea there make it coffee.I was so dispointed cause my worked places a bit far away the next day i complained to them and there fixed it.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is so disappointing. I stopped coming for months and went back yesterday in hopes that there would be improvement, but I was wrong. Disgusting coffee and rude employees followed with slow service. I am in disbelief that they are still up and running.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been first I’m standing there while all the employees just look at me and help me out 10 mins later after they are done with their conversation about the relationships and whatsoever and then the other employee comes out from the back and asks if I be been helped and the others just look and say oh my bad and start laughing at me and then I order my drink just to find out that the mocha and sugar haven’t even been mixed together because they are sitting at the bottom of my drink and then it takes them another 15 mins to make 2 hash browns WORST DUNKIN I VE BEEN TO glad to know it’s in my hometown of locust grove

Worst business hours for this place. Friday night, local high school right around the corner and a game on a chilly fall evening. Store is closed and employees boxing up donuts to take home. Oh yeah 6:45 pm. It’s attached to a gas station and a Burger King so plenty of traffic to justify being open.

Employee don’t know if they have fork or spoon. Literally worst experience and trash customer service 👎🏼👎🏼Employee might have one bad day but won’t suggest to go here!!!!

I went this morning 1/08/23 and ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese croissants after arriving home I opened the sandwich and the entire left side was black. I returned to the store and spoke to the “manager” and was refunded. I am extremely disappointed not only with the order itself but how the employees and the “manager” handled the situation. They were acting like like it was no big deal and for them it probably wasn’t but I choose to spend my money there about 3 times a week so it really did affect me negatively . This was an extremely distasteful experience.

Cleanest dunkin' donuts that I've been in... But let's not kill ourselves. The food is pretty awful at most dunkin' donuts locations. Dirt cheap though! Which is a win for me

We went a week ago at 10:30 and they still had a load of donuts. That is rare but they have great service an are friendly.

Chloe and Alex were amazing. We placed a large order and didnt wait more than 10 minutes. Very polite, efficient and the food and coffee was perfect. Worth going out of your way to stop at this location!
