When
I
first
moved
in,
I
wrote
an
initial
review
of
5
stars.
The
property
managers
and
leasing
agents
at
that
time
truly
made
this
place
feel
like
home.
Everything
was
amazing
up
until
the
last
few
days
when
the
new
management
company,
Pegasus
took
over.
I
am
beyond
disappointed
in
the
lack
of
communication,
organization
and
management
during
this
transition.
The
new
company
took
over
Wednesday
but
there
was
absolutely
NO
communication
made
until
Thursday
afternoon
via
letter
stuffed
in
my
door.
With
rent
due
by
the
1st,
several
residents,
including
myself
were
worried
when
the
website
was
taken
down
and
no
further
communication/directives
were
given.
Yesterday,
at
10:33am,
we
received
an
email
(riddled
with
grammatical
and
spelling
errors
that
should
have
been
caught
before
sending
an
email
to
the
residents)
reminding
us
that
rent
was
due
by
the
3rd
of
the
month
and
a
10%
late
fee
would
be
assessed.
It
also
requested
for
us
to
register
with
the
new
portal.
Upon
doing
so,
I
noticed
that
there
was
no
balance
nor
was
there
a
way
to
pay
the
rent
online,
which
was
not
aligned
to
what
was
stated
in
the
email
("Payments
can
be
made
via
the
Residential
Portal
electronically...).
Like
many
residents,
I
use
the
Flex
app
to
pay
my
rent.
I
went
downstairs
to
discuss
my
concerns
because
I
could
not
pay
using
Flex
only
to
be
told
that
the
accounting
team
was
working
with
Flex
to
fix
the
problem
and
they
would
continue
to
work
over
the
weekend
to
ensure
that
everything
would
be
taken
care
of.
I
informed
the
leasing
agents
that
no
one
wanted
to
be
caught
off
guard
by
having
to
pay
a
different
amount,
especially
with
the
holiday
season
and
due
to
the
fact
that
this
last
minute
communication
and
transition
was
done
after
many
people
have
completed
budgets.
Still,
I
was
assured
that
I
would
be
able
to
use
Flex
this
month.
Unfortunately,
that
is
not
the
case.
I
was
informed
by
another
resident
that
Flex
would
not
be
accepted
for
this
month
and
that
the
full
balance
was
due
by
the
4th
or
eviction
notice
would
be
initiated
on
the
5th
and
a
late
fee.
I
called
down
to
the
office
and
the
conversation
was
far
from
pleasant.
The
leasing
agent
confirmed
that
this
information
was
indeed
true.
There
has
been
NO
directives
given
to
residents
who
use
Flex
as
a
payment
option,
which
is
extremely
disappointing.
The
fact
that
a
resident
gave
information
that
I
am
still
waiting
on
the
management
to
disclose
is
ridiculous.
I
would
not
have
known
about
this
change
if
the
resident
did
not
tell
me.
The
lack
of
communication
and
lack
of
urgency
is
disrespectful
considering
the
amount
of
money
we
pay
to
rent
these
"luxurious"
apartments.
If
you
are
looking
for
luxury
apartments,
these
are
beautiful
but
unfortunately,
I
do
not
see
it
staying
that
way.
In
the
last
4
days,
the
new
management
has
ruined
the
relationships
and
idea
of
luxury
with
its
disorganization.
If
you
do
not
believe
me,
Pegasus
Residential
has
a
1.04
out
of
5
star
rating
with
the
BBB
not
to
mention
a
2.0
rating
on
Google!
There's
a
clear
pattern
of
a
lack
of
communication,
organization
and
care
for
the
residents/customers.
Luxurious
apartments
but
far
from
luxurious
management.
