The service time and food quality has improved considerably since my previous visit. I ate the nine piece chicken nuggets, a Greek Gyro, and drank a Jamocha milkshake. With the exception of the chicken nuggets, everything was great. Had it not been for the chicken nuggets being cold, I would have increased the rating. Being a regular customer at this location and having dealt with the manager in the past, if I had mentioned that the chicken nuggets were cold, without question he would have replaced them with freshly cooked ones, as he does care about providing good customer service.

This Arby's has gone downhill. Completely erong order received 2 times. Soda tastes nasty like the machine needs to be cleaned. The food I did get was cold

I went through the drive through at the location on highway 20 in McDonough ga, it was 0930 pm I ordered 2 burgers and a medium fry...the attendant told me to drive around for my total ..I paid by card..she handed it back without receipt...then asked me to pull forward...that they will bring out my order...I waited for 17 minutes!! This is absurd...I'm never going back to this location again..I hope the owner knows people are not being taken care of at this store!!

I haven't been running into too many great restaurants as far as fast food lately but this is actually one of the best Arby's I've ever came through in my life. The service was a bit slow but that was because I delay them with my selections I was so detailed in what I wanted to eat for the day. They're loaded mac and cheese is pretty much the bomb and then they're deluxe fish sandwich with the King's Hawaiian bun is just outstanding not to mention their Greek gyro which pay is always on point. The restaurant definitely is clean and the servers and the people who work there or very friendly thank you so much for being one of the best Arby's in metro Atlanta possibly the universe.

Got a complete Raw chicken sandwich there and was sick for 6 days and was in Urgent Care. Had pictures and all my prove. Then there so called legal company contact me and requested 2-3 years of tax return and all my physicians contact info ? What the heck does this have to do what they gave me and I got I’ll ? My Lawyer now will contact them soon .

The energetic, personable staff were all that made this Arby's worthy of a three-star review. The food made my family sick, and the overall cleanliness of the building could have been better.

Use to be my go to late night restaurant but the quality of the food isn't as good as it was. The employees are getting more careless. I was told I couldn't get a large fry because there were no large containers but yet my jalapeno bites are in one.

1/2023 First time at this location. Went with a friend for lunch and did the drive-through because a lot of businesses in the area are still not allowing inside dining. The service was fast but I specifically asked for no tomatoes and they still gave me tomatoes. 😡 The food was still hot when I arrived at my destination and it tasted pretty good as well. Just not happy that they gave me something that I asked not to have. The parking lot is small and there is only one way in and one way out. Located on a busy street so it's hard to navigate getting in and out of the parking lot. I did notice that they had a few handicap parking spots. Monday, around 4:10pm… No expectations of it being busy (which it wasn’t). No expectations of it being short-staffed (which it didn’t seem like). The cashier had to be called to her station (very interactively friendly though). I simply ordered a Jamocha Shake & Crinkle Fries…the wait seemed to be around 5 minutes, but the fries were HOT & the shake was COLD ! Good stuff ! Thanks !! 🙄🤔😳😁🤩😇

We had the beef and cheddar sandwiches and fries and I can tell you that it was the best roast beef sandwich that I have ever had there. The fries were good as well.

12/14/22 There are a lot of memes wondering how Arby's stays open well, I'm guilty of making that happen. The wahyu burgers are tasty along with the peach/strawberry lemonade. The fries are good (it's hard to mess up crinkle fries). The cherry turnover is a light delightful dessert. Every time I've gone to this location they exude top-notch customer service.

I tried the new good burger 🍔 and it was just ok it could have possibly been amazing if the food and fries were hot and fresh but neither was the case I used to frequent Arby's more but trips like this put them way down the list I dislike cold fries.

Gave me old food chicken slider were sticked to the wraper and wraper pilled on to the slider never again

This arbys does not disappoint. Depending on the day the wait can be a little long but for the most part they are fast, they get your order correct, you don't feel like the workers are ready to shoot themselves during their shift (even though they probably do want to, fast food customers are horrible), and the food is always good and hot and fresh

I usually frequent this location during lunch hours, however I decided to stop and grab food around 10:25p.m., and although the food was satisfactory, the service was awful, the drive thru employee was rude. I ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches, with no one on the inside and I'm the only person in drive thru, he tells me to pull up after I paid, after pulling up I waited 10 minutes for my order.

Only reason im give a star at all is you can't give zero. Worst service ever, rude and very unprofessional. Food was cold drinks and fries half full and sandwiches distroyed in the bags. Will never viait again!

The food was horrible and had a funny smell. I love Arbys and usually eat it a few times a month. However this location has rude employees with no customer service skills and the meat did not smell normal. I threw my sandwich away and would not even feed it to my dog. Onasked for curly fries and received regular fries that were cold. Will not be back.

We pulled right up to the drive through and they were very friendly and very fast and accurate and I can’t say that for many places these days!

I had a market fresh sandwich. The sandwich was so skimpy on the meat. I order the same sandwich everytime I go there but this time it was not the same. The drive thru is the only thing open and it took so long. I did order the Mac and cheese and it was good. I more than likely won't return to this location.

Sat in the drive thru tonight for 30 minutes. Got to the menu board at 2245, and the person says sorry we are closed. Unbelievable, especially since it says they close at midnight. One bad experience is all it takes, and tonight was it. Won't be going back for quite a while, if ever. I will drive a few extra minutes to visit another store.

Lady at the cash register was so friendly. Food was great. Thin sliced roast beef.

This place is receiving one star not because of the food, but because of the customer service. I don't know if Corinne in the drive thru was having a bad day, but she was unprofessional, rude, and could use additional training. Short story, an item was missing from the meal and instead of a correction, I received an unwarranted attitude. Once I showed the receipt that backed up my complaint (cordial the whole time), the error was corrected begrudgingly.

We were greeted and taken care of quite promptly, all good there. Food was Arby's best. For dessert we decided on milkshakes only to be told the milkshake machine isn't working. That was very disappointing but that seems to be the response from most places lately. Weird

Hey it's Arby's what can you say, roast beef sandwiches and curly fries! The sauces make everything better! We always have a good time, and it brings back happy memories.

I liked the corned beef sandwich, so tender and tasty, but the roast beef sandwich was like dry. My son ordered half pound of roast beef in a sandwich and he said it was really good.

I used a coupon from customer service, "Make it right" for a free sandwich. I had to wait about 5 mins. The server at the drive-thru window offered me fries and a drink at no cost. Everything was delicious. I got the classic chicken sandwich. Nice and hot!

Served me a sandwich that my dog wouldn't eat. Got home and opened my sandwich up and saw the bun was burnt to a crisp. I know the person who fixed the sandwich saw the bun was burnt. Why serve it to a customer. So wrong. I won't be going back.

Their curly fries seem to be going downhill lately. They're always soggy and gross. I want some hot, crispy, fresh fries! I love their fish sandwich but unfortunately they don't have it available all the time.

Horrible customer service. Walked over from my job to pick up my coworkers food, who I assumed put it under her name, the lady at the counter Julie? Says she’s a manager but I would hope management would be better but whatever. Gets an attitude with me saying that I can’t pick up the food without a name, and I needed a name and started to get really hostile with me, even when I stated that I would be calling my friend to see what she put the name under. Accusing me of trying to steal food. My friend placed the order under her number and last name, when I finally get the food she still has a nasty attitude and tells me not to comeback.

The roast beef hadn't had time to sit in the juice's and get the flavor and color of Arby's standard but it was busy so perhaps it ran out

They didn't have the right amount of chicken nuggets no marinara sauce for the cheese sticks and the sandwich was dry after asking for extra red ranch and no toys in the kids meals

The cookies used to be served warm, but now they are just prepackaged in plastic...just not the same.

The food-chicken nugget combos for five people. We all liked them. Some were hot and fresh, others not so much. Service-Terrible Atmosphere -Ordered once in drive thru and once inside but Togo. Couldn't say.

Visited on 7/30. Ordered the fish strip meals for my kids and most of the pieces were broken up. The young man at the register /drive thru window wasn't very attentive and forgot our drinks. I don't know what's going on but please pay attention when working and making sure orders are correct before handing off the food.

I will not be going to this location anymore. The staff is very rude and unprofessional, I had to go on the inside just because I was trying to redeem something from the arbys app. Then after they made me do that the cashier seems to not know what he is doing and the manager is just sitting in one of the booths in the lobby yelling instructions to him. Then finally decided toget up after I turn around and looked at him bc I was frustrated with someone yelling in my ear he wouldn’t let me add cheese to my sandwich because he could figure out the system

If you are looking for somewhere to eat with employees full of attitude that act like they literally hate their jobs and would rather be anywhere else, then this is the place for you! No hey, kiss my a$$, or anything. Now I know why the parking lot and business was empty. Asked for sauces at the drive thru. The girl hands me my bag, rudley shuts the window......no sauce. So I sit there while the 3 employees are hanging around facing the front. Finally she notices me and opens the window. I ask for my sauces and I swear she rolled her eyes. QUIT YOUR JOB IF YOU HATE WORKING IN THE PUBLIC! Never again will I stop here. I'll sit in line at one of the other restaurants around them.

My friend was shorted $10 at this Arby's location last night. SO EVERYONE PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY HAND YOU BACK IN CHANGE !! I would have put 5 star for the food but if they short you in money who knows if the food was messed with or not . Sorry, not sorry.
