McBride Park

Tourist attraction Park

👍👍 I love mcbride park. I wish they would do something more with it though. Maybe a splash pad (for kids) where the basketball court used to be, because no one wants to go in the pool when it opens in the summer. It definitely needs updated, it's been 20 years since they have renovated it and the park... People often mention park, pool, play, tennis,

I love mcbride park. I wish they would do something more with it though. Maybe a splash pad (for kids) where the basketball court used to be, because no one wants to go in the pool when it opens in the summer. It definitely needs updated, it's been 20 years since they have renovated it and the park is all mossy and falling apart. I think they should also put a big sign at the bottom of the hill or something so more people know it's there. They have all that space and potential....do something... Please!!!

The in-ground pool is nice on a really hot day. There are two big toys for children to play on: the small one closest to the parking lot for toddlers and the bigger one is more for the older children (slides, monkey bars, and climbing bars). Two swing sets both in working order. There's also a small pavilion for picnic lunches or parties at the park next to an open field. What I'm most excited about is the new renovation to the courts! The basketball and tennis courts have new floors. And they are finishing up what looks to be a really nice deck hockey rink. With the baseball field still in the back lot. A little something for everyone in the family to enjoy in Lincoln Place.

Nice park for everyone. Not a lot of room for dogs to run except in the fenced tennis court on the asphalt. My dog gets excited to go and Chase balls and not worry about getting run over or other dogs. No pool this year!

Decent little park. 2 baby/ toddler swings. 4 bigger kids swings. A small play area for toddlers. Bigger area for older kids. There's a grove near the bigger play area. Deck hockey and tennis courts. Plenty of parking.

Small parking lot, good basketball and tennis courts, covered pavilion with four picnic tables, good size in ground pool, two play sets with slides, one swing set. I just wish there was better play surfaces and shaded benches near the play sets. The picnic party shelter is down a closed road but I'm sure once they fix it up that would be something to rent out. Nice playground for ages two & up.

Spent a lot of time at this park as a young adult and enjoyed a lot of shenanigans there! It is still a beautiful park and as an adult, I think I would to explore it a little more!

We rode our bmx bikes all through these and surrounding wooded areas back in the late 70s/ early 80s. I was surprised to find their trals at McBride still wide (Jeep wide) open as others i have found to be overgrown or posted(seriously posted by Turnpike commission). Screw route 43! No more basketball court. 😞 Now theres one tennis and they made other hockey. Nice playground area fir 8 year olds and stoners
