All of the staff I encountered were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, however a bit lacking in several areas compared to the several other Holiday Inn Express locations where I have stayed recently. My complaints are minor but made this location inferior to others. Areas of concern: - Room size was smaller than standard kings at other locations - Lack of counter space and no vanity area made it difficut to get ready, lack of space in the shower for toiletries (razor, face was, etc) was also inconvenient - No power outlet at the desk area. Wasn't able to plug in electronic devices when working at the desk - Refrigerator wasn't working - Pillows were uncomfortable, I woke up with a stiff neck and I've never had that happen. I tried more than one but they were all uncomfortable - Parking lot was very small & even though they weren't at capacity when we returned to the hotel at night after dinner all spaces were taken - Fitness center doesn't have a bench making any kind of workout with the weights difficult. The elliptical was old & seemed like it didn't work well, either - No green tea in the coffee bar (other locations have that available and I missed that during my stay) -No cold water available at breakfast (most locations offer that as well) Overall it's a fine place to stay with a great staff but not quite as well equipped as other Holiday Inn Express locations.

This hotel and stay far exceeded our expectations! The staff, particularly Jelly & Royal, were fabulous! Hotel was clean, free breakfast was awesome! Definitely worth every penny. I will stay here again for sure next time we venture north.

Dirty, very dirty. Wife pulled back the blankets and she shrieked thinking there were bed bugs, but it was just lots of black specs of dirt and hair on the sheets. Later on my wife lost her glasses and I turned the room upside down looking for them, an there were old combs, businesses cards, twist ties, pennies, caps to something, and all sorts of tras behind and under things, including layers of dust and dirt that haven't been touched in a long time. The suite layout wasn't good for 2 groups {we had 3 people} for privacy. The only thing that was great were the staff I interacted with, they were very pleasant and polite and do very well at making you feel welcome and are great representatives of the company. More of a preference thing, I like the tiny bottles of moisturizer and shampoo I normally get in a hotel room, not big bottles locked to the walls everyone touches. And I prefer suits have an oven and dishwasher and dishes. But its my fault for not checking that this place had one. Another note, power tool noises at 9am? Wth! All in all I wouldn't pay half what I paid again for this experience.

At this price point the rooms are exceptional. I used priceline and got a weekday room rate of $89. The inn is pretty close to everywhere I wanted to be but if you want to go into town it's a little out of the way. My son purchased a soda and sour patch kids and on each of the 3 times he purchased them the price was different $4, $5 & $6.

The room was very clean and well kept. It was much nicer than I anticipated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely comeback next time I’m back in town. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were the norm. Breakfast was good (highlights: french vanilla and hazelnut creamer as well turkey and pork sausage was available. Nice dining area).

Quick check-in. Clean ample rooms with Dove products in bathroom. Great breakfast. Small gym. No pool. Ample parking. They even clean your room daily (rare since COVID). Beware: check-out is 11am (12pm in many other hotels).

They have signs up all over talking about how important cleanliness is, but didn't clean our room during our stay. Other than that, a basic hotel.

Had a reservation and they cancelled it while I was on my way there and when I got there they tried charging me an astronomical price for a room. The blonde haired lad was the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with Trip type Vacation • Family

Mostly good! Service was good, although I did get missed for housekeeping. The front desk representative was friendly. Breakfast was OK. Convenient location! Although I had good signal, the wifi connection was very unreliable — and this was across multiple devices. Also, the shower went cold on me on checkout day.
