Love this one stop shopping center near Pittsburgh. The Waterfront has it all including some trails you can walk down by the water! Just about anything you need you can get here as there's an awesome variety of stores to choose from. Highly recommend!

So this is what a $239 a night suite will get you, first off the #2 button inside the elevator was not working so we kept passing our floor until we finally pressed it hard enough. The actual room was spacious. As the night went on we noticed that it was very dusty, the air vent in the room was caked with dust, the Ottoman had many stains on it, the bedding had 2 stains on it As well. The microwave had; what looked like a small piece of dried tomato sauce inside. I dont believe you can find any vending on the floors themselves, you have to go down to the front desk; you can get what you want and charge it to the room. It wasn't a "BAD" experience, they did offer a lot, like a pool and breakfast but I didn't take advantage of those perks. All in all I will say that house keeping sucks and I will assume that if they dont dust properly and clean eating equipment, then they probably don't wash the bed linens in between guests

We decided to go for a night walk in the waterfront and it was truly an amazing experience! It was so very peaceful! So beautifully lit up. I loved absolutely every second of it. So lovely at night! If your going on a night walk you should check out the waterfront! Truly stunning and relaxing. Thank you for reading my review I hope it helped you.

The park within the retail stores was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

So much fun and great food. Plenty of arcade games, new and classic favorites. Clean unit, friendly staff and plenty of games for everyone, young and old. The food is fresh and tasty, but leave room for dessert.

This place is genius!!! The gift that keeps on giving. It’s located on historic ground - Homestead. A steel mill along the Monongahela River where you can still watch quintessential barges sail upon it. The layout is quaint and efficient since you can cut across in various spots so you can get to all of it conveniently. Compelling eclectic entertainment, shopping and dining combined with the kind welcoming Pittsburgh folk. What’s not to love?!

So fun in the day and so beautiful at night! If the family wants to spend a day shopping and eating or the boys want to go hitting sports bars while the girls shop this is the place. Kinda of a Shangrila for the whole family actually: with a state of the art Movie theatre tucked in the middle. If you’ve only got a few days in the Pittsburgh area, the Waterfont should be at the top of your list!

This shopping area has SO many places to shop aside from Costco, Target, Dickson & so many places to eat, but my absolute favorite is Eat & Park! If you haven't ever been, I highly recommend putting it on your list of places to go eat! Food is like home cooked with such reasonable prices & the wait staff are the friendliest you will ever meet! It's a fantastic place to head for some shopping & hanging out

Lots to see, do, and visit at the Waterfront! Enjoyed our night out visiting the Improv, Dave & Busters, Longhorn Steak House, and saw a free live band! Cool spot to visit!

If not for the town is was build near the theft rate would not be so high for the businesses there. It's nice to see a living mall in the area that stays busy.. many good restaurants and shopping locations

It has been a long time since I've been here, but I am still very impressed. There are so many stores and restaurants. There is something for everyone. There is ample parking. The traffic flow is not bad considering how many people are down there. One of the best features is the old steel mill smoke stacks they kept when they built the Waterfront. A great way to pay homage to the past while moving the city forward.

This food was actually a 5. Certainly on the better side. I tasted seasonings! The loss of points came from cleanliness. The woman's room was absolutely disgusting! And it's a newer establishment. The food was pricy, however, worth it. I'll pay extra for good food. Crab legs slightly overcooked, but that comes with the territory. They were still good.

I live across from the Waterfront and visit it often. From Target, to Giant Eagle to Movie theaters and Dave and Busters, there seems to be about anything for anybody there. I am constantly being asked by Google to review Lowes as well but I can't, mainly because I work there part time. But if you need any plumbing parts, I'll do my best to help you! Otherwise, it seems the Waterfront has a host of stores and entertainment venues. A nice place to visit.

I've never been a big fan of the waterfront. Something always happens. Suicide jumping off bridge. Crashes on bridge. Voilence from the colored community and racism from the white community that causes the colored community to be violent. I stay away as much as I can. Not that something always happens. Just a negative atmosphere where something bad always happens here. Even to me.

It's thinning out in the last three years (2024 now) seeing six larger restaurants move out fast and no one replacing them, large anchor stores up and moving out. Otherwise all is nice. Live events, minimal shooting as of late unlike the rest of Pittsburgh, close to theme parks and local small business district too.

The water front has many useful shops. The Barnes and Nobles has an amazing toy and game section. Other shops are conveniently located at the waterfront. Traffic can get heavy but otherwise a good place for running errands.

Mr Swendell, salesperson was very helpful, polite, and answered all question so accurately. I had a water heater on hold and he told me the price and how much gallons, I would need for residential home. I was so happy to meet an employees with patience.

Was so impressed with this mall. So many shops. Comfortable chairs on the grassy area. They were decorating for Christmas and it was beautiful. I plan to return.

The Waterfront is okay. Both Target and Giant Eagle are there for grocery shopping, plus a few other attractions like Dave & Busters. Lots of restaurants have closed down recently.

I love the waterfront, there are so many good places to shop as well as delicious restaurants to enjoy a good meal. It’s very kid friendly and family oriented.

We go about once a month to just walk around and grab dinner. It's a good place to just walk around, go to the shops, and grab some food. Even when there are a lot of people in the area, it's still peaceful and pleasant. Fall and winter are my favorite times to go to as the yard behind Starbucks is decorated for the holiday season. Last year, we found Spirit Halloween and are looking forward to them coming back this year (fingers crossed). Lots of chain and privately owned shops to visit, along with the movie theater and a Dave and Busters on opposite ends.

I love to go to Ulta!!! The Waterfront is a great place to hang out and spend some money. My friends and I love to do Longhorn Steakhouse and then move our party across the parking lot to watch a movie. There are still lots of brick and mortar stores , so I can touch things, lol! Great place to shop and eat, and there are a couple of great hotels for out of town guests

Ordered the colossal fish with cheese and said only a couple slices slices of onion. Sandwich came it reeked of onion, there must have been easy over 100 slices of onion on each half, Worst sandwich ever, made me sick just trying not to smell it. I think the waitress wrote extra onion when I said none. There was no saving it or doctoring it back to an edible sandwich. I. Won’t be back again. Bad experience!

The Waterfront is a great Go to place for those on the east side of Pittsburgh. Movie theatre. Costco, Shopping, Eateries. One stop shop area. Many stops, all in one location, thus One Stop Shop. lol

A lot of stores to choose from but very disappointing that almost none of them are handicap accessible. I had to either rely on other patrons to open the doors for me or just bang into them with my wheelchair, trying to shove them open and race my chair through before they hit me. Also the sidewalks are awful for wheelchairs and strollers. Some parts are bricks that are not laid smoothly and others are concrete that has chunks missing and sections that aren't the same height so there's a bit of a bump to try and get over. If you're not able bodied or are pushing someone in a wheelchair or stroller it'll be in your best interest to have another person with you to help.

This is a somewhat upscale outdoor mall experience with modern shops, clean atmosphere and good food. Busy but not crowded. Probably more crowded when the weather is nicer. Lots to walk around and see. Great place to treat yourself or gift shop. Very pricey. Not for cost-considering folks.

  • 4/5 Dan D. 1 year ago on Google
You WILL risk your life driving around here, please be spatially aware and use your peripheral vision at all times because drivers here are literally idiots - smashing into cars backing out of spots, driving 100 miles an hour through one-ways, overly aggressive for no raisin, etc. Why would you risk killing yourself or others? Is Dave & Busters that important, you need to arrive two seconds earlier than you would if driving like a normal, sane human being? Doubtful. Be safe!

I love the renaissance of this venue. We enjoyed our hotel stay, took in as many restaurants as we could, went to the IMAX, and shopped for PGH sports gear. Losing the steel industry is still sad to me, but the resiliency of the people who live and work in the Burgh is inspirational. What a great tribute to those who came before.

We had a very enjoyable birthday celebration lunch with Mike Slabe as our server! He was so kind and attentive and made sure that we had a great experience. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Thank you, Mike and team!

Nestled on the river by Homestead, the waterfront has everything you’ll need. Restaurants, groceries, shopping, movies, apartments, hotels and costco all can be found there. Also don’t forget to stop around the corner at Nancy B cookies for a delicious treat.

I love this place. It needs more stores. Also, they should consider removing tree planters and dividers out of the Target -Giant side of the waterfront for easy travel from one store to the next.

I always enjoy going to the Waterfront it an exciting experience. Lots of places to shop and eat. The movie theater, Dave and Busters, all kinds of restaurants, plenty to do if you're out with the family.

What I like: there is a very nice collection of stores and restaurants here where I can get much of what I need without driving very far. What I don't like: I'm coming from the east suburbs, and from there it's only one road in and one road out. I don't come here during peak shopping times because I don't want to wait in a long line of cars to leave.

  • 5/5 Dominic S. 1 year ago on Google
One of the most bumpin' and hip venues in Pittsburgh. Pretty drivable as well without many downsides. Some of the spots are a little tight / hard to fit into. But, really, it's one of the better mega-plazas. Admittedly, most of it's food, bars, and simple shops. But, you get a lot of really trendy spots to choose from. Worth the stop.

Love the little extra ambiance...music playing, bubble machine and things for kids to climb on. All very nice added touches. Great assortment of shopping and restaurants!

So beautiful during the holidays!great place to bring the kids ....they have some cool stuff for the kids to do for sure!!! It's worth the trip!

It's nice outside shopping experience. But it seems the traffic has gotten worse, but the streets ans parking are the same. For example, the one way bridge to leave, is a cluster every single time, despite the time of day!

It’s a OK mall location in Homestead, close to Pittsburgh. You can find all sorts of stores, from arts and crafts supplies to huge chains. My only issue with this location is the fact that during rush hours you need at least fifteen to thirty minutes to beat the traffic and find a parking spot in the mall.

  • 5/5 Donna W. 1 year ago on Google
The Waterfront is the hot, new, shiny place to visit. It's vibrant and bustling. Lots of shopping options. Historic steel remnants sprinkled about. Loved passing through.

  • 5/5 Josh B. 1 year ago on Google
Nice plaza with a lot to offer. We did some shopping here before our table was ready at Primantis. When the weather gets nicer, we will be back to walk around and see what we find.

It's a beautiful and clean place to shop one of a few spots left that you can walk around and enjoy window shopping or just browsing nice location as well with an array of stores and restaurants to choose from

Hard to believe this used to be a big steel mill. Very clean area with a huge movie theater, some nice shopping and good restaurants. Pretty good hotels too. A nice place to be if you are visiting Pittsburgh.

  • 3/5 Tressa V. 9 months ago on Google
They took out Versona. The increased the rate so high it was not worth (per an employee). From what I over heard, they want to add restaurant here and they want to be more restaurants than shopping. If it becomes mostly restaurants there, no point in going to the waterfront. I enjoy walking into the different shops.

  • 5/5 Emily Smith P. 11 months ago on Google
It's okay if you like walking. It's split by a busy road and those two parts are just a long walk in either direction along the store fronts until the sidewalk ends abruptly at a Lowe's on one end and an AMC theater in the other end. There are a huge and diverse selection of stores and if you're feeling thrifty the stores along 8th avenue parallel across the tracks are a great way to save on odds and ends. The area really has everything you need.

  • 4/5 Jason C. 1 year ago on Google
This is a great place to ride your bike along the river trail. There is plenty of good parking apots, and it seems like a safe area. You can rude all the way ti the South Side of the city from here, there is a nice dog park at the end of the trail also.
