I've
been
a
member
of
JAM
for
five
years,
and
I
can't
imagine
going
anywhere
else
to
get
fit
and
have
fun
doing
it.
It's
the
best
part
of
my
weekly
routine!
The
trainers,
Jon
and
Matt,
take
their
time
getting
to
know
each
client
and
gear
our
personal
workouts
toward
our
strengths,
weaknesses,
and
limitations,
giving
us
what's
needed
to
succeed
in
our
fitness
journeys.
These
workouts
are
great
for
your
body
AND
mental
health.
I've
gotten
so
much
stronger
during
my
time
at
JAM,
and
can
say
that
at
age
63,
I've
never
been
in
better
shape.
Having
had
rotator
cuff
surgery
and
several
pulled
muscles
over
the
years,
I've
bounced
back
stronger
due
to
the
workouts
and
having
Jon
and
Matt
encourage
proper
form
and
weight
limits.
There
is
also
a
big
variety
of
equipment
available
to
make
your
workouts
challenging
and
fun.
Working
out
in
a
clean
and
welcoming
environment
is
a
priority,
and
JAM
delivers.
I'll
stay
here
as
long
as
Jon
and
Matt
will
have
me
and
what
my
body
allows.
