    We initially went to the dealership upon receiving the lottery ticket, which turned out to be a lie, everyone gets $5. Anyway, we were interested in a 4runner pro trd anyway, and were told that they have it in stock. So naturally, we wanted to test drive. When we come outside, we are told very rudely that the car has been sold and not to touch the car. Although, it is acceptable that the car might be sold, the attitude was very unprofessional.

    This is by far the worst dealership. I have test drove several cars here through the years and each time I’m disappointed. Their sales service is rude. The last time I went in the sales rep couldn’t answer any of my questions about the Highlander. They refused to let me test drive it without an employee present… I have never been to a dealership where I needed a sales rep present, in the front seat with me. I ended up purchasing a brand new, Baierl Subaru. When Baierl Toyota called me the next day to see if I was ready to purchase the Highlander, I told them thanks for their time yesterday but went with a Subaru - the person hung up on me!!! Now they’re running a lottery event in which we scratched off $1000. I read all the fine print. It says “no purchase necessary” and to come in to claim your prize. I was skeptical but hey why not?? When we came in and showed the sales rep our flyer she told us she’d be right back. I watched her walk to the back and grab a $5 bill. Then, she ran our “winning” numbers and spun a wheel. She said “oh looks like you won $5” and proceeded to hand me the money (that she grabbed from the back, remember?). I said “thanks” and when I tried to bring the flyer home with me she told me I wasn’t allowed!!! This dealership has completely lost my respect. Buyer beware. You’re better off working with another Baierl dealership or Toyota dealership (which I’ve personally had MUCH better experiences at).

    Wish I had a better experience. I found a higher end car I was very interested in. I called and spoke to a salesman "Jimmy D". I specifically asked him to look over the vehicle and tell me if there is anything wrong or damaged before I made the hour and half drive to come see it. He sent me a few pictures that hid damage. He told me nothing was wrong and the vehicle looked good. He also claimed the vehicle was detailed and services. I called him the next morning and told him I was on my way to see the car so he could pull the car and prep or for showing. We were ready to buy. He said "make sure you ask for me". I got there and he wasn't available. I get it. It was a busy place. So another salesman took 30 minutes to pull the vehicle up. How could it take this long? The car had a dead battery, broken windshield, no gas and was filthy. Actually gross. We test drove it, only because we drive so far to see it. This fill in salesman "John" was very apologetic and kind. Which we appreciated his professionalism. Obviously, we didn't buy the car. We left upset. Jimmy should have pulled the vehicle and rinsed it off at a minimum. He should have been honest about the damages and condition. I called and left a message with "Doug?" a used car sales manager. He hasn't returned my call. But yet other salesmen can spam me with calls and emails. We felt this dealership was shady and dishonest. Sorry, I wish we had a better experience.

    I am from AZ and normally get vehicles serviced there. I am here and needed to get my Toyota care service done. Went in and was satisfied with that service mentioned that the wiper handle had broken off. The vehicle is still under warranty. Service advisor told me the part would be covered under warranty. I was surprised but made an appointment to get it fixed. I got to the dealership and car got in right away. Then when I was checking out the advisor said that isn't covered under warranty it was broken off. I never told him that I thought that it should be. he was the one that told me it was. He wanted $288 for the part and $244 for labor. He did not give me a quote or anything. He just told me I owed almost $600. I would have waited to get it fixed if I knew it was going to be that much. I was there less than an hour ($244 for labor?). The stub that was left on the column was still operational and I would have waited to get it fixed. Well after complaining a bit that I wasn't even there an hour and they wanted to charge $244 for labor he said he would take that off. I get home and check the part and I could have gone to another local dealer and gotten the part for $188. This was just a terrible experience. Just doesn't seem right that they tell you they will cover under warranty and then want $600 without a quote. Just an update. Still not happy with the service advisor, but I got a call from the dealership and they stepped up to the plate and made things right. Asked what happened and took care of it. Thanks

    State inspection service visit and first (and last) visit here at Baierl automotive Toyota. Drop-off went great. Servicing was completed at another dealership 2 weeks ago - they aligned my vehicle and all service recommendations were performed, but they don’t do state inspections so I came here. 30 minutes after dropping off, received a phone call with $400 worth of suggestions on services to perform. Service was performed. Was told to come in and pick up my vehicle. Stood in line for 55 minutes to pay and get my car keys back. Was #2 in line the entire time, but the only agent working, Lonnie, was focused on bringing in new customers rather than clearing the ones standing in line ready to pay and leave. The customer behind me actually left the dealership and came back later. Do not recommend for service visits. Will not be returning.

    My experience at this dealership didn’t feel like I was at a dealership at all. They were to the point but personable. It was a painless, fast process. Thomas the finance guy was hilarious! I have never laughed so much during a process that usually gives me a headache. Cliff the sales man was so nice and informative. I will 100% recommend and be back.

    My first good experience with a dealership. Bryce was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me all the features of my 2019 Rav4. He was also very patient and reasonable as I haggled to a price I was comfortable with. When I drove off the lot, I noticed the brakes were making a sound I didn't hear prior. I called up and got an appointment to take a look a few days later. They ended up resurfacing all 4 rotors for free. Thanks to Andrew and Jason on the service department for that. They truly care about customer satisfaction.

    Dylan was completely helpful and very patient with me while I was looking for a car. I went up with a car in mind after seeing the car in person I realized that it wasn't for me. Dylan wasted no time at all and showed me a few other cars. Lucky for me Dylan landed me with a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze which I am super thrilled about. He even helped me keep this within my price range and my payments are great! Dylan was overall fantastic to work with and I had no complaints, he was very professional and keep things running smoothly.

    Great service on my 2020 Highlander Platinum which included oil & filter change, and tire rotation. No delays on my scheduled visit and they even performed a re-calibration of the Low Fuel Gage system. There was no charge for the any of the service or parts. The Baierl Service Advisor, Olaniyan "Lonnie" Samba was very helpful & professional.

    Best experience ever!! Jim was super easy to work with and so nice throughout. I should have gone there first since I had a previous great experience, but lesson learned. There was a different dealership involved initially that did some really awful things, and Baierl took care of all the problems and made the process as easy as they possibly could for me. I was able to trade in for a very fair price and drive away in my dream car!!! Can't thank them enough!!

    Lonnie was my service advisor when I took my new car in for the 6 month service. He was super awesome and was very transparent on how long things would take. I ended up having an issue with my tire pressure light which was resolved in a very short time and Lonnie checked with me on the way out when I got back in my car that it was still good to go. Very happy with my experience here and with everyone I encountered!

    Fantastic experience. Rod was amazing. Honesty. Rather rare with car salesmen. He managed to get me a vehicle when there were none to be had. He,was very easy to deal with and gave me a very fair deal. I will look forward to doing business with him in the future.

    After almost six years I had my second purchase yesterday. Thanks to Alexander, Tommy and Joseph. Returned my Toyota corolla Le Eco 2016, unfortunately had some damaged and I wanted a upgrade. Now I happily own a RAV4 2023, financed. Alexander helped me found a better car insurance too. So thanks!
