Went above and beyond to make sure I was ready for my anniversary trip! McKenzie is fast, painless, and thorough. Couldn’t ask for more. The whole team is amazing!!

I have been seeing Lauren for as many years as she has been with Honey Bunny. She is nothing less than professional and I would trust no one else with my waxing. Every location I have visited through the years has been exceptionally managed and the attention to detail exceeds all expectations.

I would give the girls 5 stars as all have been nice and professional. However in the two times I have gone to this place my appt has been moved, only by 15-20 minutes but its nontheless frustrating, why offer specific times if the service is not able to be done in those times? which brings me to my other concern which is that they are in a rush because everything is scheduled to closely together. Both times i have been left with patches of hair and one time a bit of wax. I feel like the prices here are not cheaper than other places and have no excuse for the service to be half do e each time. Again, I do not blame the technicians directly but i feel like everything is rushed.

Love Lauren! It’s taken me years to find an aesthetician that I’m comfortable being a repeat customer with and Lauren definitely hit the mark! I book my next appointment as soon as I leave the latest one!

everyone is always so nice and they get you back IMMEDIATELY!! came in today on a 30 minute break from work and I was back at WORK with 5 minutes to spare!! they do an excellent job!

THESE LADIES ARE AWESOME!! I’ve gone in with some crazy questions and nothing fazes them LOL I appreciate that they make something soooo personal seem like just another day in paradise 🤗 This was my 2nd time in, once for brows and this time for what I think is called a bunny tail??? (the oh so attractive ar$$ crack🤦🏻‍♀️😂). Will be going in on a regular basis now!

I definitely had a great visit. my first time I was incredibly nervous. My technician Cheyenne from the Signal Mountain location was absolutely amazing. You are not able to tip yet through gift card so I suggest you bring cash because these girls did their thing quickly and professionally. And made this a fun experience. I will definitely be back. For it all over again. Prices were also seems great I don’t have the slightest complaint

Makenzie is excellent! The wax itself was great! Her personality is awesome! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to checkout. I felt completely rushed. I was asking questions about some products and the check out lady was real short and made me feel rushed. I asked some questions about a product and the reply was "there should be a paper there". Which there wasn't. If I had not already heard from a friend of mine that the product was good, I would not have purchased it.

This place is great! First time ever going in for waxing I was nervous about it but Lauren talked with me through the whole thing and made me feel really comfortable there. I will definitely be going back again and recommending this place to friends!
