I’m a lil late to this post. My overall experience with this store has been more than amazing! Staff is super helpful, store has decent enough collection and if something is not there, they quickly check online and let you know the details! A special shout out to Teri and Ashley, they helped as if I was their family and made me pick the right diamond for my special one.

Rep Ashton did a wonderful job working with my husband and I to find the perfect rings. He was so friendly, patient, and almost intuitive- he recognized my style and never showed me rings that I wouldn’t like. The discounts were amazing but the service stood out the most

After going to two other jewelry shops I went to Kay. My family was buying me an infinity necklace. The store manager helped us. She was the kindest and most professional person I could’ve dealt with. After explaining what I was looking for. She knew immediately the perfect piece. She was super kind and professional. The even better part was the bears and puppies that were for sale. You had the option of donating them to local children in need .through EMS and police. I brought in my wedding and engagement rings to be soldered. Douglas was very professional and very knowledgeable. He made the process very simple and put my kind at ease since I have to send my rings off. My now husband purchased my wedding band here and the staff was very helpful then. They have a really nice selection.

I had a great experience here with Douglas. My bf and I were shopping for engagement rings for the first time - I had a pretty basic idea of what I wanted and my bf as well. We had gone to Elite Jewelers upstairs but the sales lady was so pushy and condescending, especially when I was asking questions, which ruined the whole experience for us. We decided to go to Kay instead to see if we could find my ring here instead. Douglas helped us and he was extremely kind, approachable and friendly. He totally turned around the experience for us. He answered all of our questions and was extremely patient as we were taking our time looking around. We settled on this brilliant oval solitaire ring. Overall it was a really good experience for us esp being first timers to this. Definitely recommend getting a hold of Douglas if you can because he was so nice and helpful!

2 months ago I had a horrible visit, but after working with Kesean today I changed my 1 star to a 5. He was able to exceed my expectations. He went above and beyond in assisting me with changing my watch battery, as well as talking to me the entire time keeping me involved in what he was doing giving me a good laugh. I would now recommend this jewelry store.

I made an order for pick-up and it was a terrible experience. I don’t remember the name of the person, but he was rude. He started a fight with me, even though I had the order email and ID. The worst customer service.
