I scheduled an appointment for hydrafacial with Ferri. Upon consultation, she recommended I get a combination. Which i did and I tell you, my face was pampered! It was overall a good experience. I love Eterna Lash & Brow. Janet is soooo good. She is always on time and accommodates my schedule if I need to go early. I usually get the hybrid lashes and they are just the right mix of glam and classic. Plus she can apply them quickly! They have never taken more than an hour! Absolutely wonderful experience! I came here to get my brows microbladed by Lucie. She did an amazing job, my brows look so perfect and natural. 7/30 - Seyi, the owner of Eterna Lash & Brow, reached out right away to reconcile my issue. I appreciate her making it right. First time trying this place for my eyelash extensions. They don’t wash the lashes before application, which was red flag #1. When I told Lucie my eyes were burning from the glue, she continued vs. switching to the sensitive glue. I should’ve stopped her then. When she was done, whatever tape she used HURT when she pulled them off. Not gentle on the skin whatsoever. When I got home, I noticed that she glued an eyelash extension to my skin, and got a blob of glue (with a hybrid fan) on my real lash. IT HURTS. I noted that isolation was very important to me when I booked since I don’t have a lot of lashes and she didn’t do a great job at isolating. My eyes are still burning after 3-4 hours. I’m incredibly disappointed.

My lashes are always on point and created naturally by Janet. She is talented professional and. Skilled. I love having my lashes and brows done here and you will too...Try it you will love it here Ask for Janet!!!!

Their customer service is top tier. They’re so nice. They squeezed me in regardless of me accidentally have chosen the wrong date/time online & needing something sooner. It was my first time, I had a previous lash tech who messed me up & I needed a quick removal. Janet, I believe, squeezed me in & it didn’t even feel rushed or rude, she was sweet & efficient! 10/10 recommend! Thank you guys so much!
