Receptionist was prompt and courteous. I did not wait long to be seen. Vitals were taken and shared. Dr. Was to the point and thorough with the ear exam. I was done and out in a timely fashion.

I did have to wait 20 mins even though I scheduled on line. I'd like to think doctors taking those few extra minutes with patient. My doctor was kind and patient. She seemed to be listening to me. She checked a few things and discussed some options. Her suggestions where spot on! Thank you Oops! Forgot the front staff. Please appreciate them. They were very pleasant, and efficient.

The office lady was very warm, kind and professional, and kept the flow going in an orderly manner without it feeling stressful. The nurses and nurse practitioner were also very efficient, kind and professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel well cared for and confident in the diagnosis and treatment we got. Salina is fortunate to have this place and these people.

The service was quick- and staff was very friendly, my issue was with the RX. My daughter was prescribed an ointment for her eye, which we struggled putting in her eye. I was told to call if I needed drops instead, so I did that, and received a call saying they called them in- i picked them up and I started treatment. After 2 treatments I saw the box said "use in ear only" so I called and they made it seem like it was no big deal- but also told me to stop using them and they'll call in actual eye drops... so be sure to read over you RX and make sure they prescribed what they tell you they will!!! I didn't think twice because I knew that should've been eye drops, they came in a bottle- the Dr. Told me 4x/day, so I didn't feel I had to double check them- won't make that mistake again! Thankfully it doesn't seem to have damaged her eyes- glad to have caught it almost immediately!!

As we walked in for the first time, the office ladies were very friendly and helpful, even with a busy waiting room. The nurse and Dr. were both very nice and helpful. Would go back if needed.

Expected that PA would do more of a physical assessment rather than me identify what treatment I should get. Trying to understand value of care vs similar care received from Amwell which is less expensive.

So,my mother came in Friday morning @9:25 am and was not breathing properly and placed into ER room from that point and admitted. We were in that same room #19 until late Saturday night ,upon which they produced a room @425 for her.She was given IV,monitored,series of heart tests. Was seen by a Dr.downin,Dr Bowers whom placed her on 4 new medications for her heart and breathing. She had fluid build up also in her lungs. The care was excellent 👍I only wished she had been given a comfortable room to be in much sooner then she was given.

Salina Regional Urgent Care did a great job when I went there. The APRN that assisted me was very nice and made me feel comfortable with my issue. Usually have a lot of anxiety going to doctors and she did a great job to curb these feelings.
