Nice new location, good selection of clothes, large variety of household goods. Prices are a bit "ambitious" though not as bad as some locations. Good selection of vinyl records, though the music CD picks were almost nonexistent (grand total of 2 music CDs when we visited). As with many Goodwills, small toys and items are bundled in big "grab bags" (so maybe there's one item you'd like but you have to pay $5-$15 for the whole bag) but it looked like there was at least some effort to bundle "like" items (e.g., a bag of toy cars rather than mixing action figures with Barbies and baby toys and hand sanitizer as I see at many Goodwill stores these days) so there's that at least.

Very overpriced. Examples: --Most Goodwills (Average) then their price-- Electric Water kettle 2.99-3.99 here 14.99 Crockpot 6 quart 5.00-8.99 here 19.99 Nerf Guns (Varys but Im using one type) 1.99-4.99 here 8.99 Coffee Mug Basic no damage 1.99 here 5.99 Humidifier 2.99-8.99 here 19.99 Suitcase basic roll-on-board (Rollerboard) 3.99-10.99 here 21.99 long power strip for garage 2.99-6.99 here 14.99 Basic Coffee Pot (Used shape) 2.99-4.99 here 12.99 (Walmart same one 18.99) Some prices were what you can get from Amazon and Walmart for brand new. Ebay has the same prices for many items BUT also they are in good to new condition. Excuses used "We are trying to get rid of resellers" so they want to overprice things for regular people. Not the brightest business decision. Since money in is money in for items they got for free. Some prices were so high they beat new products on shelf at times here. The bagged concept idea is nice, if they kept it the same items. Just yesterday I saw spatulas (2), kids blocks (3), silverware (4 forks and 1 spoon) with a broken piece of plastic, and a small beat up phone case for an older Motorola. 9.99. While the area is becoming more and more higher scale (Not really just overpriced Apartments) I'm guessing they are trying to make more money for a location that is in a more prime spot. I would think having lower prices and a flow of people more would compensate. What would I know; I have run several successful businesses. In the end just avoid the place. There is no reason for the extra fees since even with gas prices it is cheaper to drive to further away locations and more value for your money.

This is not a bad Goodwill. It does get crowed with people looking to flip stuff (90% of the stuff is marked the same as a eBay listing). The main issue that I have is that. I bought a brand new vintage film camera in the box for a good price. My goal was to give it as a gift. Goodwill putts the price sticker under two layers of tape. I’m trying to gently take the tape off and now the box is ruined. Here is the before and after.

While this Goodwill is newer, there are many issues at play. There are no fitting rooms, so good luck seeing if the clothes fit. Not to mention how ridiculously overpriced everything is. These are all secondhand donations, and Goodwill has a lot of nerve matching Walmart and even Target in some prices. One time I literally saw takeout food boxes that had been previously used being sold for five dollars each. Absolute insanity.

I would recommend staying away from this location they are shady and save things for certain “regular” customers at the front at check out. There was something for sale on the back counter of check out and I asked to purchase and they said no we saved this for regular customer who comes in to look for things like this. I ignored it but they’re honestly not professional and very rude. The prices are insane too it’s not worth it in my opinion try somewhere else!!

This is a newer location close to Hunters creek and The Loop. This is a pretty large Goodwill with plenty of clothing and shoe selection. Their prices are a little high for some of their items compared to other Goodwill's in the central Florida area. In general though their prices are ok and you can find a good deal at this location. Their back section of Home goods, electronics and toys are ok but the condition of the items are mostly in good condition.

Nice location, great staff especially the English lady in the jewelry section ( Beverly Kraus) such a wonderful person always smiling doing her best to help, good selection of clothes. Prices are a bit high for some donated and use items. I stoped going to other Goodwills in the area since I have been coming to that location. For the staff 5 🌟 the price 3 stars🌟 only.

Went for the first time with a real thrifter friend from NC- and from the moment we entered and noticed the cleanliness and orderliness- we were in love! Found some great deals especially in Men’s shirts! Wow! The clothes were in amazing condition and well organized! We will return!!
