I’ve
been
Purchasing
from
this
Walgreens
for
years
and
let
me
say
from
my
experience
you
can
expect
very
little
customer
service
from
this
location.
The
customer
sevice
reps
and
pharmacy
assistants
are
usually
very
nice
nevertheless
from
the
rest
you
can
expect
“Very
bad
service”.
Don’t
expect
to
have
any
questions
answered
instead
expect
to
get
a
“Take
it
or
leave
it”
attitude
at
best.
NO
QUESTIONS
ANSWERED
NO
EXPLINATION
NO
DETAILS
GIVEN
on
what
you
are
buying
they
just
sell
it
to
you
like
a
soda
pop
and
can’t
wait
to
tell
you
“have
a
good
night”
so
they
can
move
on
to
the
next
customer.
The
“Pharmacists”
here
who
are
supposed
to
be
“professionals”
as
they
wear
white
jackets
but
also
have
the
worse
attitudes
and
are
not
very
professional
at
all!
These
“Pharmacists”
will
roll
there
eyes
at
you,
talk
to
and
treat
you
like
trash.
Spend
your
money
elsewhere
if
possible
and
hopefully
when
you
fill
your
prescription
you
don’t
run
into
the
Pharmacist
I
had
to
deal
with
named
Theo
.
She
brought
up
issues
that
had
not
been
issues
before..
an
update
of
my
address
saying
that
she
could
refuse
to
fill
my
prescriptions
because
I
just
relocated.
NOW
THIS
was
my
2nd
trip
back
to
Walgreens
that
day
it
ONLY
BECAME
AN
ISSUE
AFTER
I
HAD
TO
RETURN
THE
MEDS
I
BOUGHT
10
mins
prior
WHICH
I
DID
NOT
NEED.
On
my
2nd
trip
back
She
then
stated
“
You
know
you
can’t
return
these
meds
after
you
buy
these
I
let
you
return
the
first
ones
but
we
don’t
do
returns
normally
and
I
have
to
throw
these
meds
away
now”(This
was
their
fault
as
well
seeing
as
they
did
not
tell
me
about
all
the
meds
on
my
first
trip
so
I
was
under
the
impression
I
had
bought
all
the
meds
my
doctor
prescribed
when
I
had
only
bought
2
of
4.
I
could
have
picked
through
the
meds
and
purchased
the
ones
I
found
most
useful)
I
asked
“well
what
are
they?”
(
speaking
about
the
2
meds
they
failed
to
offer
the
first
trip,
I
wanted
to
know
what
I
was
buying
this
time
to
avoid
getting
something
I
did
not
need
again)
she
stated
the
medicine
name
and
pressed
it
against
the
drive
through
glass
asking
“
DO
YOU
WANT
THIS?“
(she
was
so
nasty
and
so
unprofessional!!
)
She
did
not
explain
what
the
medicine
was
or
the
properties
like
I
asked.
She
only
stated
the
name,
pressed
it
against
the
glass
and
asked
“DO
YOU
WANT
THIS??”
After
I
said
yes
and
bought
both
meds
she
again
told
me
there
would
be
no
more
returns
for
me.
I
ENDED
UP
BUYING
Both
meds
as
I
stated.
I
did
not
need
the
last
one
at
all
☹️
IT
WAS
A
NASAL
SPRAY!!
$$$
OVER
$130
wasted
I
DID
NOT
NEED
IT
AT
ALL
AND
HAD
I
KNOWN
WHAT
IT
WAS
I
WOULD
NOT
HAVE
BOUGHT
it
Seeing
that
it
is
not
helping
MY
NECK
AND
SHOULDER
PAIN!!
I
ACTUALLY
NEEDED
THE
OTHER
MED
THAT
THEY
Failed
to
OFFER
ME
On
The
1st
trip
so
I
bought
it
as
well.
I
BELIEVE
SHE
KNEW
THAT
I
DIDNT
WANT
NASAL
SPRAY
but
did
not
tell
me
what
it
was
on
purpose.
SHE
IS
VERY
“PETTY”
AND
BROUGHT
UP
The
ISSUE
ABOUT
MY
ADDRESS
JUST
TO
BE
MORE
DIFICULT
AND
RETALLIATE.
I
HAVE
MOVED
THREE
TIMES
SINCE
I
HAVE
BEEN
WITH
WALGREENS
AT
THIS
LOCATION
AND
IT
NEVER
has
BEEN
AN
ISSUSE
BEFORE.
SHE
IS
NOT
PROFESSIONAL
AT
ALL
AND
MAKES
THE
COMPANY
LOOK
SO
BAD
WITH
HER
SOUR
MANNER
AND
NASTY
ATTITUDE!!
THE
OATH
ONE
IS
REQUIRED
TO
TAKE
in
the
medical
field
HIGHLIGHTS
“”BEING
A
PROFESSIONAL””.
BEING
A
PROFESSIONAL
IS
A
REQUIREMENT
OF
YOUR
JOB.
IF
YOU
CAN’T
BE
ONE,
AT
LEAST
ACT
LIKE
ONE!!
