    I’ve been Purchasing from this Walgreens for years and let me say from my experience you can expect very little customer service from this location. The customer sevice reps and pharmacy assistants are usually very nice nevertheless from the rest you can expect “Very bad service”. Don’t expect to have any questions answered instead expect to get a “Take it or leave it” attitude at best. NO QUESTIONS ANSWERED NO EXPLINATION NO DETAILS GIVEN on what you are buying they just sell it to you like a soda pop and can’t wait to tell you “have a good night” so they can move on to the next customer. The “Pharmacists” here who are supposed to be “professionals” as they wear white jackets but also have the worse attitudes and are not very professional at all! These “Pharmacists” will roll there eyes at you, talk to and treat you like trash. Spend your money elsewhere if possible and hopefully when you fill your prescription you don’t run into the Pharmacist I had to deal with named Theo . She brought up issues that had not been issues before.. an update of my address saying that she could refuse to fill my prescriptions because I just relocated. NOW THIS was my 2nd trip back to Walgreens that day it ONLY BECAME AN ISSUE AFTER I HAD TO RETURN THE MEDS I BOUGHT 10 mins prior WHICH I DID NOT NEED. On my 2nd trip back She then stated “ You know you can’t return these meds after you buy these I let you return the first ones but we don’t do returns normally and I have to throw these meds away now”(This was their fault as well seeing as they did not tell me about all the meds on my first trip so I was under the impression I had bought all the meds my doctor prescribed when I had only bought 2 of 4. I could have picked through the meds and purchased the ones I found most useful) I asked “well what are they?” ( speaking about the 2 meds they failed to offer the first trip, I wanted to know what I was buying this time to avoid getting something I did not need again) she stated the medicine name and pressed it against the drive through glass asking “ DO YOU WANT THIS?“ (she was so nasty and so unprofessional!! ) She did not explain what the medicine was or the properties like I asked. She only stated the name, pressed it against the glass and asked “DO YOU WANT THIS??” After I said yes and bought both meds she again told me there would be no more returns for me. I ENDED UP BUYING Both meds as I stated. I did not need the last one at all ☹️ IT WAS A NASAL SPRAY!! $$$ OVER $130 wasted I DID NOT NEED IT AT ALL AND HAD I KNOWN WHAT IT WAS I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT it Seeing that it is not helping MY NECK AND SHOULDER PAIN!! I ACTUALLY NEEDED THE OTHER MED THAT THEY Failed to OFFER ME On The 1st trip so I bought it as well. I BELIEVE SHE KNEW THAT I DIDNT WANT NASAL SPRAY but did not tell me what it was on purpose. SHE IS VERY “PETTY” AND BROUGHT UP The ISSUE ABOUT MY ADDRESS JUST TO BE MORE DIFICULT AND RETALLIATE. I HAVE MOVED THREE TIMES SINCE I HAVE BEEN WITH WALGREENS AT THIS LOCATION AND IT NEVER has BEEN AN ISSUSE BEFORE. SHE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL AND MAKES THE COMPANY LOOK SO BAD WITH HER SOUR MANNER AND NASTY ATTITUDE!! THE OATH ONE IS REQUIRED TO TAKE in the medical field HIGHLIGHTS “”BEING A PROFESSIONAL””. BEING A PROFESSIONAL IS A REQUIREMENT OF YOUR JOB. IF YOU CAN’T BE ONE, AT LEAST ACT LIKE ONE!! IF YOU CAN’T ACT LIKE A PROFESSIONAL OR YOU DON’T WANT TO ACT LIKE ONE do us all a favor and FIND ANOTHER CAREER...

    Very bad customer service they have at the pharmacy. They don’t tell you your order isn’t complete, they don’t check to make sure you have everything. They don’t tell you have stuff missing till after you check out. They just want your money and don’t care. When I complained and wanted to return the items since it wasn’t the medicine i wanted. They threatened to take me off the calling list so the automated caller doesn’t call me to notify me that my medicine i thought i was picking is ready. The pharmacy staff doesn’t really care if you get your medicine or not.

    Pharmacy hours NEED to be expanded. I have begun having my prescriptions filled by Publix so that I am able to pick them up without leaving early to do so. 6pm close time is bad for the customers and bad for the stores losing more and more business as well as their reputation. The RX delivery service I have tried to use once before and ny delivery never arrived. The pharmacy refused to resend even though they confirmed it wasnt delivered to me. Iwas told in order to get the prescription the doctor would need to send a new script into walgreens. That was the first and last time I used the delivery service. Expand pharmacy hours and if possible try to use a delivery company that can guarantee delivery and in cases where a prescription isn't delivered investigate why and find a method to correct it. Inside of my local Walgreens and the majority of Walgreens i have shopped I have always been impressed by how their stores are clean and organized. I much prefer to shop inside of a Walgreens over a CVS everytime.

    Horrible customer service. On Wednesday 06/02 I went around 7:30 pm and the cashier (a brunette girl) was very rude, she spoke quickly on purpose thinking I wouldn't understand a word she was saying, then started to speak an awful spanish (trying to show off). This is the only Walgreens I have been where the cashier don't give a welcome greeting nor answer a "thank you". No human quality at all. Wrong job for this girl. Hire people willing to work with respect and some education at least.

    Mrs. Risell Colon, Pharmacist at this Walgreen's location went above and beyond in helping me sort all of my mom's medications. Mrs. Colon has been taking care of my mom's prescriptions for over 10 yrs. Now my mom is older and I went to inquire about ways to organize, sort, and order over 10 medications my mom takes. I was surprised and impressed when Mrs. Colon asked me to bring all her medications to her that she would help me categorize them and review them. She took the time on a Sat to provide personalized service that could prevent my mom from accidently taking wrong dosage, medication at wrong time etc. Shknows her custers by

    Walgreens is okay. It's arguably better than CVS. But be warned that Walgreens REALLY doesn't like filling prescriptions for any kind of controlled substances. Even when it's totally legit. They're very reluctant to do that in my experience.

    I went to this Walgreens location 2x to get a PCR covid test because I had all the symptoms for covid and I got inconclusive results twice. They billed my insurance 2x and weren’t able to determine if I had covid or not. Ridiculous.

    Came here because we forgot our perscriptions while in Orlando. The pharmacy staff was very nice and professional. Unfortunately the pharmacy is severely overwhelmed and do not have the staff resources to accomodate how busy they are. Other customers told me they had waited for over 2 hours when there was a problem with their perscription. We dropped off our perscriptions at 2PM, they were not ready at 8PM. If you're local please call Walgreens corporate and complain. The staff is workibg hard but are set up to fail.

    Worst Pharmacy Manager. Waiting for my Advair for my COPD - doctor called in on Tuesday @11:00 am and still 2 days later had not heard nothing from them. When I check my on-line account it stated “WAITING ON PHARMACIST”. And when I called I get a lame excuse that a brand name was release... and they were holding it. I have difficulty breathing and could not sleep and was very fatigue as I was waiting for my medicine. They didn’t care. Since it is my. Health pulled from having my prescriptions sent to this location and sent an e-mail to corporate attention pharmacy. I took the opportunity to remind theme their is other pharmacy for us to choose than Walgreens... it is sad cause I don’t like change...specially since I have been using Walgreens for 25 years now before even Eckerds close who now is CVS. Today I tried another Walgreens location and if I don’t get the service I am use to get from them.... i will not be getting any of my meds from them....as I am done..

    I've been here a few times and was unsure at first because of it being a store setting. I recommend making an appointment because there always seems to be a line. The good news is when its time for your appointment, you get started right away. The practitioner's are efficient with their time; diagnosing, billing, and educating you within the hour time slot without making you feel rushed or just another face they have to get through that day. I wish I could remember her name, but there was one practitioner with curls, that made me feel very comfortable. It was like being treated by a close neighbor.

    Ordered photos last night at 7 estimated pickup was 8pm. They werent ready till this morn. Go to pick them up and half of my photos were cut off. The photo person then told me to reorder the photos and told ne they werent uploaded right and proceeded to tell me that it was me cropping the photos which were not. She refunded me the money and couldnt do that right. Will not return.

    I’ve been using Walgreens for as long as I can remember. I have never been so disappointed with not only the store but the Florida stores. I am homesick with Covid ordered curbside pick up so a friend can pick up and they canceled my order but took my money my friend went in the store and bought the products with his money since they would not refund me they claim they were out of the product where has the customer service gone.

    Went in for flu shot, told to sit and wait for shot pharmacy. Finally after checking two times and 57 min later, given a form to fill out and then told to sit more. 10 min again and finally called for shot. Very fast shot. Pharmacist waited on several patients after we first checked in which accounted for the long wait, I assume until two others checked in for flu shots. Clerks were great and overworked, but pharmacist should not wait on others in line for more getting shots to accumulate and then getting shots done all in a row. Obviously need another pharmacist working and wait on people in order, finishing, then to next person. Like Walgreen's, but today was too long wait. My next appointment was missed due to long wait. FYI- VA if vet, wait for shot last 20 min. Just saying. Final note, still like Walgreen's, just not today.
