    Terrible customer service, they were having system errors and I was simply trying to pick up my prescription. They had some wrong information and had me calling my insurance and their customer service number like crazy while they did nothing to address my issue. A system error has nothing to do with me as a customer, they didn’t even show any empathy or apologize for the inconvenience they just simply stated that it was my problem. They were also trying to kick me out of the line because I was impeding other customers. Clearly not dedicated to the satisfaction and needs of the customers. I am changing my pharmacy after this terrible encounter.

    Very rude STAFF. At 5:25 am Max is rude. Not nice at all . i will go to wal-mart Next time. He rolls his,eyes at you if u ask for help.

    I drive about 15-20 mins from my house just to fill my prescriptions at this location. One of the ONLY CVS that always have my prescriptions in stock and they are always ready when they say it would be. The pharmacy staff have always been very helpful and find. The pharmacy is the only reason this store gets 4 stars the inside staff never greets you or ask if you need assistance very unkind.

    Managing staff need to clean store and outside. Shopped today and parking lot was full of trash. There was an old bike in parking lot too. Dumpster area is filthy. Store is very dirty as well. I was excited when store was built, and have watched the building and property continously go down hill. Feel like I am shopping in the ghetto. CVS should be embarrassed about the lack on maintenance!

    Very disappointed with the Minute Clinic inside this CVS! I made an appointment for my daughter for 01/17/2020 at 3:00pm due to she is not feeling well. My daughter got there a 3pm and signed in. At 5:39pm she sent me a picture of the waiting list showing her name and it showed the waiting time for her to see the nurse was 46 minutes. Keep in mind she has been there since 3pm. Well at 7pm, the nurse came out and told her she could not see her..... After 4 hours (and I have a few pictures as proof), the nurse has the nerve to tell her she cannot be seen, because they were closed. We won't never use their services ever again. SMH.... It's is a Shame!!! Oh how I miss Walgreens Clinic!

    It's always a pleasure seeing Frankie in the minute clinic. We've been tight ever since I fainted in her clinic 3 years ago due to Covid. What an asset you have in her. I know she's been through some things, and she always has a huge smile on her face. And I'm sure under that mask as well. Lol. Keep up the good work Frankie, you've got my respect and 5 star vote.

    Hands down the rudest lady Pharmacist I have ever encountered. She addressed my questions as if she was speaking to someone beneath her. I started to get upset which she then smiled about and I walked away out of pure frustration. As I walked away she not only laughed out loud she yelled “You’re Welcome” in such a condescending manner. Had my daughter not been with me I would have probably had the cops called bc it took the power of God to contain my anger. She must wear a badge of Pharmacist entitlement bc never have I been treated that way for absolutely no reason.

    Awful service. Called for a prescription that was prescribed to the pharmacy 4 days ago and they said never received anything. Called a different CVS and they said it's in the system. I finally got to speak with the manager and complained about the situation. She was understanding and helped me. But overall poor service.

    We have a lot of problems with this pharmacy. They struggle managing the volume of business. Therefore, service is often poor, and issues with renewal and follow ups often happen. Also, a few of them are very rude, especially Emily. That person is out of control. The high turnover probably doesn't help.

    This CVS is clean and well stocked. The staff is helpful. In particular, Kiana is excellent at her job and helped me verify correct prices on items I purchased. Very helpful.

    Location is the only good thing about this place. Customer Services is very desirable. The drive thru lady is very rude. And they need to hire more employees. Is unacceptable to be 30m in the drive thru! Like really!

    Pharmacy seems understaffed always. Pharmacist is friendly and helpful. Pharmacy associates need better customer service training. They do not display best attitude. I do not care or will not use self checkout.

    The staff at this branch of CVS are helpful and friendly. Very customer service oriented. The store is clean and the pharmacy efficient. This site is a little bit off the beaten path so wait times for RX is very reasonable.

    Wanted to give a zero, but would not be able to give my review. The website says the pharmacy closes at 10pm. Since I was near and didn't want to bother my sick husband, I decided to get there as fast as I could. Got there at 8:55 and they were closed. They were physically there, but had the curtain down. I'm very bothered by this!

    Wow the customer service rebeca gave me today and yesterday is beyond words. Absolutely exceptional. Backstory: I went to the CVS on Landstar, my normal spot. However I will only be coming here after the resolution rebeca made. The Landstar assistant manager refused to help me with my return of an item I was allergic to (saw the ingredients after purchased due to a rush). Without that receipt I was told there was nothing that could be done despite having the online receipt. Rebeca quickly, efficiently and most importantly kindly proceeded to help me today and it means a lot! Not only did it save me $40, it can now be used for someone that actually can be if it from it and I learned from CVS exclusively to ALWAYS save your receipt or take a picture. Thankful for employees like rebeca (also she has a really cool look tattoo)

    Arrived at CVS at 8:28 AM I have been going to the store for over 20 years their garbage can was overflowing is disgusting the entranceway plus the cashier Gisele made made me use self check out. She was told by management she is not to check out customers? and I was the only one in the store what happened to complete customer service. It starts with management very disappointing.

    Love my CVS .the girls are so sweet and the gentalma kevin.. can't say enough about him..... So very helpful to me . ..he is considerate.. kind.. takes his time to help me.. especially when I have problems with any....I can count on him to fix things for me... I. Wouldn't ask for a better soul.. who care about my situations...he is the best to me. whole staff greets me with a smile .. the 2 lady pharmacist are very compassionate. The beautiful Indian aimy Who greets me and explains to me about a medication. Every time I see her she has the biggest smile..the other cool pharmacist Tera. She is so considerate. And helps me get what I need. She has a bubbly personality. .this cvs is the best. No rudness. Their are alot more people I would like to thank for your generosity. A girl name aggie and others. Thank you all for being the best cvs in my eyes. I appreciate everyone who works there. Especially Kevin. I recommend this pharmacist if you want to be treated with respect and generosity.     Poor customer service. Pharmacists has a bad demeanor and attitude. Denied me second vaccination after I had app on the 26th of july. After taking off work tell me I need to reschedule because they dont have enough vaccine.

    5 people working in the pharmacy but nobody is getting serviced. Nobody is servicing anybody in the drive thru as well. I was in the drive thru for 20 min nobody was helping nothing inside. I’m changing pharmacy’s.

    I have visited the store today and I usually don’t go to that CVS store but today i decided to go there because it was on my way. I had a great experience the store was clean and the sales associate Tanya was extremely helpful and friendly she went above and beyond to help me and get all my needs with a smile .

    Love the Pharmacy staff , from the Pharmacists to the pharmacy Techs, they are very nice, helpful and personable.. Meghan and the other ladies know me by now and they are Amazing!! This is a great place to get your Rx's.. The staff of the store are very nice as well.. Thank you!

    Wrost custmer servie ever and discriminating behaviour. This is 10 : 02 and I'm writing this post cause I got a really bad behaviour from Sandra. I was triyng to get in at 10 : 02 to get cold medication cause I'm feeling so sick, I told her please I know that you close at 10 : 00 but just let me get in I'm so sick and I need just to get some medications for cold really quick, she refused and she stoped me I told her this is 10:01 and I'm sick and I can't drive just do this favor for me and she refused again with a very rude way. The second bad this is she lets get in 2 ladies coming at the some time as me and she stoped me and this is very descriminating. I'm assuming the manager he is the first responsible cause you are a pharmacy, this is emergency and a customer is saying please I need to get medications I'm so sick and you are just stoping him for coming 1 min after the closing time. Employees are inside with other customers and I need to drive for like another hour to get medications and I'm feeling so sick and inable to drive, that's shocking.

    Very rude staff. I’m a new to CVS I just signed up for their card and went there today, I had the worst customer service and the worst part it was provided from the store manager Carlos him self he has no clue about CVS online offers and system, bad service and attitude. And he end it he try not to give my cash back that I asked for he closed the register and gave my receipt and said bye!!!! Very disappointing, never again worst place to shop at. And long line there’s 10 people lining with 1cashier what kind of business is that?

    I had a COVID test scheduled today at 10:30am. I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes until I finally drove up to the pharmacy window to inquire about my test. I was told that the doctor's "door was closed" multiple times and I would not be able to be tested. I did not receive any calls or voicemails. HORRIBLE customer service- extremely rude about the whole situation. I now have to cancel my flight home on Sunday because I could not receive a test. I do not recommend this CVS. DO NOT COME HERE.

    This pharmacy had my asthma medication scripts for 3 hours while I was in respiratory distress. Upon returning at the designated pick-up time, I discovered that my prescriptions were still unfilled, and one of the medications they did not have in stock. They did not text or call to let me know, and it was too late at that point to go to another pharmacy, as they were all closing. This is the worst kind of sevice and patient care that I have ever experienced. I was forced to go through the night in respiratory distress ... they should be closed down.

    Customer service staff deserves five stars here! My husband and I also LOVE CVS savings with their Extracare rewards card. BUT the area around the pharmacy is filthy that you feel you can catch something. The floor is messy and dirty, the chairs against the wall by the pharmacy are so dirty and worn out that if you worry about your health, please be careful sitting there, the area is not kept cleaned and this can be bad particularly for older people and children.

    I came to the Min clinic twice in 2 weeks and while waiting I was watching the pharmacist at the pharmacy work...there was one girl in particular who stood out to me. Her name was Kelly. She was telling the patients that she was supposed to leave at 5pm but someone called out so she was covering her shift. Still with working a double she had such a positive delightful attitude. Very helpful, moved fast and kept a smile on her face. I asked her for her boss Name who is Maria so I can let her boss know the great job she did. I met Maria today and even watching Maria help another patient and show her concern about other medicine the patient was on was amazing. There is one last girl I believe her name was Terra (couldn’t see her name tag from far) super nice with the customer. By far very impressed with this pharmacy, the nurse in the min clinic and the pharmacist! Definitely 5 Stars from me!!!

    Despite the negative reviews I've just read, this pharmacy really came through for me after a severe hit-and-run accident. This is the only pharmacy - out of the 20+ I checked today - who had my prescription in stock and the staff could not have been kinder nor more professional.

    Worst service ever!! I waited over 1:30 mins to get a vaccine, pharmacist was being extremely rude to the clients specially to a senior who did not speak english, more than angry, this situation is sad, however Ms. Saidalys was the only employee who seemed to have empathy for the clients/patient.

    been coming here for years. and today it took the pharmacist 50 mins to complete my order. i work at a pharmacy and i completely understand how pharmacies work and the average wait time. however. i needed a simply insurance change since my insurance gave up on me and i had to wait 25 mins for the order to be made and when i gave him the coupon it took another 20 mins to make the order again. it was a simple insurances change. i know it doesn’t take that long. at walgreens, we do not take that long to satisfy our waiting patients. i’m sure the pharmacist forgot until he saw me which it happens. i understand. but when u know it’s a simple change, why not do it right then and there and get the patient out of ur way??
