BEWARE

here!!
From
calling
ahead,
through
the
end
of
service,
it
was
the
absolute
worst
experience.
After
calling
the
direct
store's
phone
number,
it
then
routed
me
automatically
to
their
call
center.
I
needed
to
confirm
they
can
do
tire
rotations
along
with
an
oil
change,
prior
to
me
driving
an
additional
25
minutes
South
because
the
current
location
could
not
perform
a
tire
rotation.
The
call
center
person
I
don't
think
could
comprehend
very
well,
due
to
me
explaining
the
situation
in
simplicity
3
different
times-
she
was
able
to
finally
confirm
this
location
is
currently
able
to
do
it.
As
soon
as
I
arrived
(20
min
after
the
call
center
incident)
the
person
who
greeted
me
told
me
they
can't
do
tire
rotations.
After
much
back
and
fourth,
it
looked
like
they
were
just
completely
lazy
and
did
not
want
to
get
the
4
point
lift
prepped.
It
must
have
been
real
difficult
putting
a
round
peg
in
a
round
hole
because
it
took
them
over
20
minutes
to
figure
out
how
the
lift
works
and
make
contact
with
my
truck.
I
was
already
skeptical
at
this
point.
I'm
waiting
in
my
truck
as
this
all
unfolds
and
this
clueless
and
absolutely
rude
team
member
by
the
name
of
Jackson,
starts
resting
and
putting
his
greasy
hands
on
the
side
of
my
truck,
and
then
proceeds
to
rock
back
and
fourth
while
holding
on
to
my
bed
and
I'm
watching
as
the
buttons
on
his
shirt
are
sliding
against
my
paint.
After
the
5th
time
of
this
idiotic
behavior,
I
asked
him
to
Please
stop
so
the
buttoned
shirt
does
not
rub
on
my
paint.
He
offered
zero
apology
and
only
replied,
"no
I
didn't
touch
it",
and
rolled
his
eyes.
I
literally
just
watched
you
do
it
5
times
you
mensa
candidate.
Common
sense
should
tell
you
to
NOT
lean,
post-up,
or
swing
from
a
customer's
vehicle.
It
took
over
an
hour
for
an
oil
change
and
tire
rotation.
Poorly
managed
and
untrained
rude
employees.
