Never going again! Went for an oil change, then, 2 seconds after I drove off my car shut off. Ask them to look at the problem since it was working before they started. They found that too be disrespectful and got aggressive with me. Never have I had so much rude customer service. When I popped the hood I noticed they had spilled oil all over the battery and didn’t put everything back in its place. Started yelling at me that it was my car, but once they wiped everything down and put everything back in it’s correct place my car started working again. Would think I would have gotten better service after paying $125 for an oil change. First and last time I go their. P.s. it was the Indian and black guy who serviced me. So customers beware.

I had my oil changed at this Valvoline and I thought everything was okay until a few weeks later I had to pull over because something was scraping the ground and it was my oil pan plastic cover missing screws and the only time it was off or taken off was when I had the oil change. I've tried to call and rectify the problem but they seem to give me the runaround I've been with Valvoline for over 2 years and I can guarantee you they lost a customer. I was strongly suggest that you check your undercarriage before you leave the property it's good that you sit in your car while the oil is being changed but do you actually know what they're doing underneath there

BEWARE do not go here!! From calling ahead, through the end of service, it was the absolute worst experience. After calling the direct store's phone number, it then routed me automatically to their call center. I needed to confirm they can do tire rotations along with an oil change, prior to me driving an additional 25 minutes South because the current location could not perform a tire rotation. The call center person I don't think could comprehend very well, due to me explaining the situation in simplicity 3 different times- she was able to finally confirm this location is currently able to do it. As soon as I arrived (20 min after the call center incident) the person who greeted me told me they can't do tire rotations. After much back and fourth, it looked like they were just completely lazy and did not want to get the 4 point lift prepped. It must have been real difficult putting a round peg in a round hole because it took them over 20 minutes to figure out how the lift works and make contact with my truck. I was already skeptical at this point. I'm waiting in my truck as this all unfolds and this clueless and absolutely rude team member by the name of Jackson, starts resting and putting his greasy hands on the side of my truck, and then proceeds to rock back and fourth while holding on to my bed and I'm watching as the buttons on his shirt are sliding against my paint. After the 5th time of this idiotic behavior, I asked him to Please stop so the buttoned shirt does not rub on my paint. He offered zero apology and only replied, "no I didn't touch it", and rolled his eyes. I literally just watched you do it 5 times you mensa candidate. Common sense should tell you to NOT lean, post-up, or swing from a customer's vehicle. It took over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Poorly managed and untrained rude employees.

They were super amazing . The short Spanish guy deserves a raise he explain a lot of things to me that other valvoline didn't . Everyone there was working as a team like a family . Communication and teamwork was definitely seen and the service was no more then 20 mins . I'm coming to this location from now on .

My husband went for an oil change. They charged him $140!!! They forgot to put 2 screws so the oil drained on our driveway over the night. Horrible and irresponsible people or maybe they do it on purpose!! God is watching!All these It will fall on them one day. Don't go if you care for your car.

I needed a quick oil change so decided to go here. They opened late, after they got me in— it took him about five minutes to come to the car. Went to Valvoline to get a simple full synthetic oil change on my truck, I arrived to this place and everybody ignored me completely, I got out of the car to see if there was an office to talk to somebody, then immediately an African American guy ran to me and yelled at me " STAY IN THE CAR!" without a courtesy good morning or anything, after I said good morning I asked him how much was for a full synthetic oil change, he didn't even look at me and said it was $One hundred something (I forgot the exact amount) this individual has very bad attitude. I got my wheels in motion and went to Midas down OBT where I got not only amazing service, but the whole service was $72 all taxes and fees Included. I had never been yo Valvoline and I will never ever go back to such terrible place!!

After a previous HORRIBLE and life threatening experience once when after a tire rotation they totally forgot to screw my tires back on and I almost crashed one minute after I left... they've come a long way! The service now is good and very quick.

Staff could be more polite, other than that, very straightforward process. They offer all kinds of services, but not pushy if you say no. They accept coupons which comes handy when trying to save money.

Went to get a oil change the next day something was wrong with the engine I called this store spoke to Jeveon B the store manager the CSR was Dshaun topside: Khalid bottom was jylin they had John Rodriguez come to my house to check the car he was good explaining things but Jevon did not call back after for follow ups I went the next day in person spoke to another manager that was there gave me the run around not professional at all just trying to brush everything of he said he would call me back never did all he said is he can give me another oil change but won’t fix the problem. This is my family car van and the engine is messed up I went on 12-17-2022..store 12543 south OBT horrible and they wanted me to and get a second opinion from a “real” mechanic they said. They have kids working there don’t what there doing act like they know about cars. Second manager I spoke with said my van was a 4cyl when my van is a 6 cylinder!

Making sure cars are ready foe the Huricane is always easy when the Valvoline oil change center is near.

Best taking my truck here since it had 16k miles. It now has 293k and no one has changed my oil but Valvoline. Highly recommended A+++

So I came in for a simple job and just needed my oil checked as well as the AC unit I asked the technician Shane do the company charge just to check the both the AC and Oil and he told no he would love to help me with checking it for me, after checking he provided me with the necessary details in which I inquired about, shane even decided to check tire pressure and I didn't even asked him to. Was for an oil change at obt location. Took about 40 min. They change the oil but not the filter motivation been they don’t have the tool. That tool is used for most european cars and it’s unforgivable for a franchise with that name to not have it. Very disappointed. Was at many other locations but they was fast, nice with small to zero problems
